Went well. All was accomplished in one day.

The young man came on time and was very polite. This was carpeting that was so dirty it was to be replaced, but had to clean it for an estate sale. Under the circumstances, the cleaning went very well. The before and after were night and day.

I was not happy. I didn’t feel they did 8 hours of work in the home. The work was good but I didn’t feel there was enough done for the time.

I can't even describe how happy I am. Christian and Aurora arrived exactly on time and after a quick run-through of the house, got right to work. They were absolutely amazing. I feel like I have a new house. Every surface is clean and shiny. I didn't realize how long they had been working because they never stopped. I only wish I had offered them lunch or a snack of some kind as I'm sure they worked up an appetite. I still can't believe this is the same house. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I believe that Mike and his staff really want you to be satisfied with the service you receive. On the condo they just cleaned I gave pretty specific instruction on a couple of areas of concern, but could not be there for a large part of the time they were there. They went above and beyond what I had asked for them to do and the place just sparkles. Our final walk-through did not find a single spot that needed any additional attention. I am happy with the service they gave me.

Zach arrived exactly when promised. We had some pretty significant stains that he was able to get out. The job was done quickly, but thoroughly. He paid great attention to detail. Overall, we are very pleased with service and would definitely use them again. Thanks!

They responded very promptly to my request and were also very prompt in arriving at my home. They were professional, courtious and the job they did exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them to others and hope that I, myself could use them as a reoccuring service on a monthly basis. I had a couple of other requests and my team of cleaners had no problems fulfilling those requests.

The project went great. When we hired Details for cleaning services, they also explained that they offer handyman and general contractor services on a limited basis through an affiliated contractor. This was great timing as we had to get a garage sheetrocked after being left high and dry by another contractor. Details was able to rescue the project by lining up the contractor and completing the job within our time frame. The drywallers did a good job and cleaned up the site when finished. There were a couple of corrections around outlets that need to be redone, but it only took one quick phone call and the drywallers came out the next day to take care of the issues. I will call Details again for handyman and contracting services.

Don't waste your time. After getting a hold of someone to try to schedule gutter cleaning, giving them my contact information, getting a follow up email, I haven't heard from them again. Choose someone that will return your calls and follow up when they say they will. Here is copy of the email from 10/14/14. Initial detailed cleaning was good. Next few times cleaners skipped or did a poor quality job doing basic things like emptying garbage cans around house, missing dusting, superficial cleaning of shower. Had to be called back and redone. New people every time. Two different crews came this week switching after a short time but missed basic things again.

We called the service line to schedule an estimate, which was prompt & professional. After we hired them, the crew came out on time, were very neat & respectful, and very customer service orientated. I felt like the price was fair, not the cheapest, but definitely worth the service they provide. I have & would recommend this service to others

The technician was prompt and courteous. I didn't follow him around so I wasn't aware he didn't move the bed to shampoo under even though I mentioned that is what I wanted. We also asked him to shampoo furniture but he didn't have the correct solution with him. Overall it was a good experience but we have liked others better. The price was right with an Angies special.

The team always provides a good service, and the management team is responsive to feedback.

Overall it went well. Our house is about 1700 square feet. We paid for 8 hours and I think we got 8 hours (I wasn't at home at the time). I expected a deeper cleaning, but wasn't unhappy.

I purchased the Angie's list Details carpet cleaning deal after being discouraged with the high end price of another carpet cleaning business offering a $35 off. Details offered a far better deal for the number and size of areas I needed cleaned. In no time I was contacted by Details via email, directing me to call to schedule. The scheduler picked up the first time I called, so no phone tag, which is a bonus. The scheduler was extremely personable and helpful, and he was able to fit me in around my work schedule, no problem. The extra costs I would incur--as I was having extra spaces and stairs cleaned--were clearly laid out and very reasonable. The reminder email Details sent out in advance was well organized and friendly in tone, outlining exactly what I would have to do to ready the spaces beforehand, how to tend to my pet while the work was being done, and what to expect once the work was completed. The worker showed up on time and was courteous, thorough, and professional--clearly a high quality young man. The carpets turned out great. There were no surprises or hidden costs. I would schedule with Details again in a heartbeat.

The painting project went just fine. They came out and gave us a quote, and two days later we were on their schedule. The painting turned out great, and they even cleaned up all our floors and dusted after the job was finished.

Great - I was very pleased with everything. I noted a few minor things that I would have them address next time but the important things were well done

Our construction project timeline ran over and I needed to contact Details and postpone the scheduling. When I called I was informed they required a 72 hour cancellation and I was only providing 48 hours. The tone was very matter of fact. They did offer to reschedule which we did, but again we missed the date. They were not interested in extending the agreement again so we were charged $200. That is their business right. Though, I know there are others who would have made more of an attempt to work this out.

The technician was very nice. However, they only sent one guy when they should have sent too and he wasn't that happy about being at the job on his own. Somehow he managed to move all the furniture by himself and did a nice job on the carpets. The one thing I wasn't very happy with is they charge for any little extra -- if you have pet stains, for example, it's an extra charge. Carpets look good now and the tech was on time and did a professional job.

They arrived on time and worked the four hours. They did everything that I wanted, which was to get the most dust out of the house due to my health. They cleaned all ceiling fans and the ceiling light fixtures. Bathrooms were deep cleaned and bedrooms were nicely cleaned and set up with beds made. Kitchen was cleaned and floors were washed. Carpets were vacuumed with a professional carpet vacumn and looked very nice when done. The girl was down on her hands and knees cleaning under tables and into corners. In General we were very pleased with them and would have them again. In fact I plan on having them twice a year for spring and fall cleaning. Also maybe for special occasions.

The experience went well. Carpets were cleaned and very happy how they turned out.

We have our home on market and although we employ a live in housekeeper, we wanted a whole house deep cleaning. We contracted with Details because of Angie's list as well as a personal reference. Having never before used a cleaning service, we were unfamiliar with the process. The owner himself set up the appointment after explaining the particulars. He then sent an email with all information. A 3 person team came close to the time scheduled, toured the rooms and got to work. They were amiable yet quiet, professional and hard working. Maria, Sandra & Brenda asked permission to move an item or briefly questioned what we wanted done. The 3 worked steadily for 6 hours, then Maria showed us exactly what had been done and asked if there was anything further. We were exceptionally pleased with the entire experience.The gathered their supplies and slipped out quickly.

It went very, very well!! This was Details first time at my home so I was a little anxious but when I returned home, everything was absolutely beautiful! Such a relief to have help as I was out of town and unable to clean before I left (after a week of daughter, son in law and five grandbabies!). Granite counter tops shone, wood floors were shining, bathrooms in perfect condition. Even little fingerprint smudges on windows were gone! I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use this fine company again.
