It was fine. I was satisfied. They did a good job. They were on time. They did the work as promised and they did it for the price they said.

Excellent job. Went over worst spots twice, Moved necessary furniture. Carpet came out very clean

They do an extremely thorough job. They will change our sheets for us if we leave out a fresh set. They are flexible if there are particular things we want them to pay attention to. I wish there was more flexibility in the time that they come, but they have a packed schedule.

The only reason for the negative on the question of "time" is because we contacted them in late August for the first time, and our project didn't really get started as soon as we expected. Several times we were told the "crew" was coming on Monday, but they didn't actually come until either the next day or two days later. Some of this was weather delays, because when they finally did get started it was into winter weather in November. The project was finished in mid-December, actually just a few days before Christmas. They were very helpful in getting us full dollar from the Insurance Company. The first adjuster was going to only do 1/2 of our roof, but the Contractor helped us see that this was not reasonable given the Bloomington regulations requiring full roof replacement. They also allowed us to do some of the work ourselves so we could add overhangs on our roof and this gave us a better finished look in keeping with the character of the house. The Project Manager/Salesman was Nick, and he was absolutely top notch!! I couldn't say enough about his helpfulness and meeting often enough with us to answer any of our concerns. He returned our calls the same day, and often within an hour or two at the most. I would give Nick an A++ for his attentiveness and servant heart. I was impressed and grateful too. The workers were amazingly quick. The roof took about 8 hours from tear off to full replacement. We hardly knew they were there because they used equipment that lessened the pounding. They put up scaffolding and sealed the holes made in the roofing to make sure there were going to be no leaks in the future. Overall we were pleased with the labor crews also. Because it was winter when they finished, they returned after the spring thaw to run the magnet over the lawn again, so my grandsons would not pick up any nails in their feet when playing near the house. This really meant a lot to me.

The team was on time and did a wonderful job. They worked diligently and the house has never been cleaner. I've not been able to get our glass shower doors clean and they were sparkling. They were friendly and well prepared. We would use them again. My only recommendation for change would be a list of what they typically clean in a period of time-I would have prioritized things differently.

After buying the AL 6-hour cleaning coupon I received a call from the company to see if there was anything specific I'd like to have cleaned above and beyond the 'normal' dusting and vacuuming such as clean the refrigerator, ceiling fans, etc. I agreed to have this and other suggestions done up to the price of the coupon. The cleaners showed up on schedule and did a very good job with the basics especially dusting all sides of an item, not just the top (which I have had a hard time with other cleaners). They also cleaned the burners on the stove, the refrigerator, and changed bed sheets among other things Communication was fine but I l have some minor hearing loss making it harder to understand the workers who didn't speak English natively. They had no problem understanding me, however. My house doesn't take 6 hours to clean and I would have liked to have used 1/2 of the coupon now & 1/2 later but unfortunately that was not allowed. Overall, they did a wonderful job.

I hired Details Residential Services to help prepare my former rental for a move-out prior to the landlord scheduling showings. I was very impressed by my entire experience with both the folks in the business office and the cleaners as well. Everything was handled professionally, they did exactly as I requested and hoped. I was impressed enough to schedule regular bi-monthly cleanings with them. While this alone might not say much, I've been through a number of dramatic and traumatic experiences with cleaners and these guys just won my confidence. I am looking forward to the extra services they offer to detail your home, it's above and beyond what other companies offer. Yes, there's an extra fee, but really, if it buys back time with my family, its absolutely worth it!

They were prompt in responding to our request, punctual, and did an excellent job of cleaning the house. We will definitely use them again.

I have used "Details" for about 6 months. A crew of 3 comes every two weeks and cleans my 1650 sqft house (3 BR 2 BR) for 135. We spend about an hour getting the house ready before for the cleaning - removing items from countertops, floors,etc so they can be efficient. For the most part they do a great job. I love that this service is completely hassle-free for me. I have only been in touch with their office two or three times. They charge my credit card so I don't even have to write a check. The team that comes to my house is very professional, always on time, friendly but not intrusive, not loud, which is nice for me because I work from home on some days. My life is much improved since I hired them!

While the cleaning services initially provided weren't exactly what we had hoped for them to be, we couldn't be more impressed with the owner's responsiveness. When we discussed our issues with Details they listened, took full responsibility for what was missed, and immediately offered to send another crew out at no charge. High integrity and great support.

A two man team arrived on time and proceeded to clean the entire house thoroughly. They normally only work until noon on Saturday but these guys didn't balk at staying until 1:30pm when the job was completed right. If you are moving in or out this company was a pleasure to work with.

We had a 3 man crew and they were done in less than 2 hours. Great work, extremely clean when they were finished. Far better than other services we have had in here.

There is a disconnect between ownership and employees in this company and for me it resulted in a lot of frustration and ultimately a dirty house. This is a tough review to leave because after the first non-cleaning of the house, the owner of the company tried to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, I am having to send out another cleaning crew (I'm not using Details for a third time) as the job was not finished in two visits. Because of that I need to leave an honest review of my experience in spite of the owner trying to help, because in the end, my house was still dirty. This is what I sent the owner in summary of the first cleaning experience: Good The crew arrived at 2:30 which was in the time frame agreed upon of 1:00 - 3:00. I noticed a switch plate was dirty before the crew arrived and left it to see if they caught it. They did. The older crew member noticed and cleaned it when I was in the room. Without looking closely, the house was cleaned well. The punch sheet the crew had did not have any of the extra services listed, but the older crew member called to get a carpet cleaner to come over. The carpet cleaner walked into me being very stressed out about the cleaning process and handled it well, apologizing for my experience. Room to Improve The older crew member spoke very loudly on his phone throughout the cleaning process. This didn't bother me necessarily but it probably isn't the professional image Details wants to impart with a customer in the home. The younger crew member nodded when I asked two separate questions and it wasn't until he didn't follow through with my requests that I realized he didn't speak English. He was just nodding hoping that answered my question. It would have been appropriate to get the other crew member to handle customer requests in that instance. The crew didn't get the additional services of oven cleaning, kitchen cabinet cleaning and carpet cleaning. The older crew member tried to quickly clean the oven when I requested it but did a poor job. My wife mentioned that Windex (the product he appeared to be using for the job) isn't a degreaser and wouldn't do a good job on the oven. He insisted it was fine. The toilet was not very clean so my wife asked the crew for their toilet brush so she could clean it. They handed her the brush and let her clean the toilet. They did not even touch two rooms (laundry room and tool room). My mom sometimes will clean our kitchen sink if she is over watching our kids. She does a much better job than the cleaning crew did. After I hung up the phone from calling Details about the discrepancy with the extra cleaning items not being done, the older crew member asked me, "Are you talking to my boss?" He wasn't asking in a way to solve the issue, but in more of an accusatory manner. He seemed very stressed out to get to the next job. Conclusion of Angie's List Review I was having my house cleaned right before I moved to a different state so that placed extra stress on me when it wasn't cleaned properly the first time. I know Details would have wanted me to contact them when I heard that the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned and that crumbs were visible in the cabinets themselves. But as this was missed both the first and second time I cannot afford for Details to return a third time as a tenant is moving in shortly. Overall, if you are paying for a deep cleaning, expect a normal cleaning. There was nothing thorough about the cleaning that was done. Also, be sure to be on hand to inspect the work.

I called about having an evergreen tree removed from my back yard. I believe I left a voice mail and was called back in short order. We agreed on a time for an estimate and they came and looked at the job while I was at work. He left an estimate in the door for me. We talked on the phone a couple times and he was very professional and pleasant both times. Plus I talked to the office and they were the same. Professional and nice. I received another estimate that was lower, so I went with the lowewr bid. I would, however, not hesitate to use All Seasons in the future, based solely on my experience with them.

They responded promptly to my angie's list coupon. They had availability available soon after I made the coupon purchase. When I talked through the process with someone, he explained everything in great detail and would often tell me "what clients usually do" if I didn't know what to have cleaned. The cleaning was great - they were able to get to my whole house including the laundry room. I was so impressed!!!!

This was the second visit of a team of cleaners. They cleaned the areas requested and did a good job. I have signed up for 6 bimonthly visits and if all continues to go as it has, I will continue to use their services.

Details performs regular housecleaning for us. They do a good job, very efficiently. The people on their crews are delightful, and I trust them in my house and around my family. We've been using them for about 8 months on a regular schedule. They have definitely gotten better over time - they must keep very good notes about what we want done and how we like it done, because any feedback we've given is always incorporated consistently in the future. They don't always arrive when I expect them, which isn't the end of the world, but sometimes they're still finishing up when my family is getting home from work/school in the early evening. We've also hired them to do carpet and upholstery cleaning - that didn't go so well, but it was due in part to the very cold weather we were having, which affected their equipment - not their fault. Very professional and responsive office staff. I recommend them.

They were quick I guess. This is the first time I hired them from Angie’s List. They did good.

The staff were very friendly. The house smelled good after they were finished.It took 2 hours to complete the job. They were very efficient and didn't take any breaks.

They told me they would show up - within a time window and we did not have to be home. They showed up - cleaned the gutters, cleaned up, and billed us. - They have done this in past years and I would hire them again.

Went well on a difficult weather day. Cleaner did his job efficiently, politely and carefully.

I'm very particular with my cleaning, and usually walk through the house after a cleaning. If something is missed, I contact Details and tell Mike, the owner. When I have done this with earlier cleaning providers, I really felt like I was a true pain. Details, on the other hand, apologizes and in the future make sure it doesn't happen again. I have used many cleaning services through the years, but Details is by far the best. The other providers with high ratings on Angies that I have used do not even compare with Angies. I think Details is reasonable priced, but even if they are a bit more expensive, it is worth it. The other cleaning providers I have used (individual or companies) I have seldom used for more than a year, but Details cleaning is consistently good, they are trustworthy, reliable, and and very professional. Details is in its own league.
