I would say overall it was o.k., I would probably rent a rug doctor for my next carpet cleaning.

They did a very good job with customer service. They even allowed me to reschedule my cleaning service when I wasn't able to close on the property that I had paid them to clean. However, the cleaning they did was less than desirable. The specifically asked me what I wanted them to concentrate on for the cleaning. I asked them to concentrate on the kitchen because the previous owner had left it greasy and smelly. I allowed them to clean the property while I was at another location. When I came later to see the work they had done, the kitchen was still greasy. I actually had to clean the whole thing again. The floors were still sticky. I actually mopped them again and the floor went from to a dirty grey to white. There was standing grease above and on the fronts of the cabinets easily visible. I probably should have called them and complained but this is the 3rd cleaning company I've hire from angies list that didn't do a good job. I'm tired of complaining. I will be cleaning houses myself now.

There was only one man but he did an excellent job; better than two men sometimes. He was very nice and professional and I loved how he put corner protectors on all the walls he was curving around so the paint wouldn't be chipped.

Good, the house was smelling better after we had the house cleaning . The crew was very professional and left things in really clean shape.

My great experience started with an initial call with Joe. He is very professional and a pleasure. Ryan my technician was fantastic. He was professional, personable and explained the process. He really cared about doing the best job possible. Ryan took the time work the high traffic areas that I have not experienced in the past. He let me know about the other services they provide. I also enjoyed our conversation about the owner and how he started the business. I really like using local small businesses with self made people. You have a new and loyal customer.

Did not hire. They don't service the area. I gave an A grade for punctuality, professionalism, and politeness. I did not go to provider's location, I spoke over the phone.

When cleaners left, I found areas that were obviously not cleaned.

Service and quality were great. We are now using their services on a monthly basis. When I called to inquire, they were very responsive and professional. They did exactly what they said they would and the job was very well done.

Ryan called to say he would be at my house in 15 minutes. Then, because he hit traffic and construction he called again to say he would be delayed which I appreciated. i showed him what I wanted cleaned and the areas to be specially treated. He asked questions and took pictures. He got right to work. I checked the carpet that he cleaned and everything looked great. I would definitely use Details Residential Services again.

They were fantastic! They did the best carpet cleaning job we have ever had done. The use a hose attached in the back of the truck which includes water and cleaning solution. It cleans and sucks up the water and dirt. They raked up the carpet to fluff it all up. The carpet looks brand new. They will for sure be on my call list next time we need it done.

I thought the cleaning went well and was very satisfied with the result.

I changed several emails with Joe to set up cleaning priorities, he is always responsive and patient. I really appreciate it. On the cleaning day, the cleaning staff arrived on time, started working right away and finished the whole house fast. I move recommend them to others.

They do a great job. The office staff are highly responsive with any questions or issues.

Crew showed up on time and did a very good job. Nice job in kitchen and bathrooms. Finished in the estimated time and the job was done well.

Fantastic team....close attention to detail

It was the first time many pieces of furniture had been dusted in quite some time. It was very orderly and organized. Very clean, especially the bathrooms. We are have very busy careers and two young children (plus two pets) and this took a lot of stress away to come home to a very clean home.

They do the best job of anyone that I have used to clean my homes. They are conscientious and well run. The owner stepped up when there was an issue and made it right. I higly recommend them.

They were very prompt and responsive, and did a wonderful job in the whole house!

Details Services has cleaned my house, every two weeks, for going on 7 years. The first day they did a "deep cleaning", and I knew they weren't messing around. I haven't had to do another deep cleaning. The place is absolutely spotless, every other week, like clockwork. I love how this service is so seamless. The crew comes during the day when we're gone. We come home and have a beautifully cleaned home. The handful of times I have had to interact with the crew or the office, they are always super friendly and accommodating to my schedule and my needs. The crew is presentable, polite and friendly, not weird or shady like other service crews I've worked with. I've started to ask what other services they provide, because I love not having to worry about finding and engaging with other companies. For instance, I've had them clean my carpets and wash my windows. I just email the office and they take care of it. I have just learned that they do interior painting. I know who will be painting my house now that my kids are no longer in the "throw food at on the walls" stage. I'm married. I have two kids. My wife and I work 50 hours a week. The last thing I want to do is clean one room a night, or spend all weekend cleaning the house. With Details doing all the dirty work, I can spend my time at home with my family. Nobody is crabby because the housework isn't getting done.

I had a great experience. They were the best cleaners that I have ever had! We are so happy with them. I would recommend them. They went above and beyond my expectations.

This was the single most unprofessional experience I've ever had from a contractor in the Twin Cities. I told the scheduler I needed morning cleanings because we preferred to be home during cleanings; he agreed and sent me information, but said he couldn't schedule the first cleaning till a month after I first called. We exchanged several emails and the last one said (I quote) "We can start your biweekly service on Thursday the 23rd of July, moving forward from the 23rd your cleanings will be every two weeks on Thursdays." Naturally I assumed this meant they would be coming to my house on Thursday the 23rd of July and every other Thursday thereafter. Bad assumption; they never showed, and when I called, the guy said they changed their schedule and gave that slot to somebody else so I could have Wednesday afternoons now (when I am not available,) and that I shouldn't mind changing because "all his other customers just give the cleaner a key so they can do it when they're not home anyway." He claims he left me a voicemail about this, but I checked my phone and have no voicemails in my system from his number. I could have spent this month looking for another provider if I knew this one wasn't going to be able to handle the original schedule and didn't care about my stated preferences. What a waste.
