I was given a 90 minute range that the cleaners would arrive, and they were there on time. They cleaned everything as requested and more. Their professionalism and thoroughness was incredible. The services provided were absolutely amazing! We couldn't believe how professional and awesome everything looked. We'll definitely be return customers for future deep cleanings. Beyond satisfied.

The day before service, I fell and dislocated my arm, so I couldn't do any of the usual pre-housecleaning pickup. The team was sympathetic and professional, did all the cleaning despite the clutter, and made sure I had a room I could go fall over in when I needed to. I was very pleased with the quality of their work -- the vacuuming, floors, bathrooms and kitchen were all lovely, and it's really nice to have a clean house while I deal with the fact that I'm down an arm. I will absolutely call them again.

They did a thorough job and were attentive to the tiniest details. We've used Details several times and will continue to do so in the future. They respond promptly to phone calls and are prompt and professional in their cleaning services. Well done, Details!

Fantastic! First appointment they were running a little late but knew that could be the case. The team of 3 did a great job of cleaning everything. They dusted all light fixtures except 2 bed lamps were overlooked. Other than that they passed my critical eye (did a stint in housekeeping out of college) even cleaning a tray in my coffee nook that I was expecting to get overlooked. I was hesitant to hire a cleaning service as I've tried two others and was disappointed and had to go back and clean everything myself. Not the case with Details Residential Services. Wish I could afford them to come biweekly or more. I would highly recommend.

It went quite well. There was a team of 3, and they were ready to get right to work. They brought all their own equipment and cleaners, and after a quick run-through of the work I wanted done, they cleaned a lot of surfaces much better than I thought they could be cleaned. It took about 3 hours, and the cost was less than $350.

Incredibly well. I was so happy with the services. The staff were prompt and very nice. The results exceeded by expectations!

Where's the A+ Button?!? I have never had a home cleaning service before, as I always figured that I could do it myself, and was honestly skeptical about having someone come into my home. Details Residential Services changed all that! I submitted a request for a quote on their website, and was promptly reached out to by a member of their staff who was gracious, knowledgeable and answered all my questions all while being incredibly understanding of the fact that I was new to the process. I chose to sign up with the bi-weekly service, and now after my 2nd service I must say it's something I look forward to every time they're scheduled. Their teams are professional, helpful, hard working and leave my home looking like new. THANK YOU DETAILS for making my life easier, less stressful and most of all cleaner! Highly Recommended.

Used this service for approximately 8 months and found it to be of poor quality and significant lack of detail in every cleaning except the first few times. Discovered after first couple of times that they were not vacuuming under the cushions of the couch and chairs in living room and finished basement. When asked why this was not done, we were told that we had to expressly request for them to vacuum under the cushions. They did vacuum under cushions after we requested it but it was surprising to know we had to ask for this to be done. It was clear there were different people cleaning at least some of the areas in our house on every visit. One time, towels would be properly folded on rack and then the next time they would be all over the place. Some corners, behind doors and by steps almost always missed while vacuuming. Essentially, you could tell they were moving too fast through the house and not opening up their eyes or turning the lights on to see that they were missing things like cob webs and hair stuck in the corner of the bathroom floor. When I called about these issues, the response was that they would do some training and provide a reminder to the crew about the concerns. The next time, we would see some improvement but then the time after that everything would be back to the same old half-done condition. In addition, they say it is part of regular service for them to be able to put sheets on beds and make beds however there is a clear lack of training and detail in this service. One time, the sheets on one bed were put on inside-out and then the next time they were upside-down. When I complained about this, they again said they would do some training with the crew and although the sheets were never upside-down again, I can't say that I didn't have to adjust it in someway after they made the bed. When initiating service, I specifically requested that curtains, blinds or shutters be closed after cleaning them. Mostly for security purposes since we would not be home until hours after they were done and we didn't want everyone passing by to see that no one was home all day but also for energy efficiency. Usually, that was done except for a couple of times where they forgot to close the curtains in a bedroom. Then after several months, they started leaving the shutters and blinds in living room open for everyone to see that there was no one home. Final Straw: Came home to find shutters open in living room and front door completely UNLOCKED. So not only could anyone passing by see that no one was home but they could open up the door and walk right in if they wanted to anyways. When I called to cancel service and ask for a remedy or refund in regards to our house being left unsecured for several hours, the response was that no one in customer service had the ability to offer anyone a refund but that they could send someone out to clear up any issues or uncompleted tasks. My response was that it was interesting to know that they could send someone out to fix something or redo something they had missed because all of the times I had called before they NEVER offered to have someone come out and redo something.

This company is professional and clear in communication. The cleaners who come are polite, efficient and skilled. We are happy to have them in our home every four weeks.

Details Residential Services has been doing a great job for several months now and I intent to continue with them. I would have preferred that we have the same crew each time, but that is my only suggestion for improvement. Each crew has been professional and done a great job. Communication with the company is easy.

I used an Angie's List coupon for House Cleaning for a day. They did good work, and I did limit them to the 8 hours that I had paid for. They worked hard, and did a good job on what they did. I had not realized that the clock starts ticking when they pull in the driveway - so the time to bring in equipment & review the job was part of the 8 hours.

Not as expected. I called in the morning the day of cleaning to confirm. They told me they had a team of to clean for up to eight hours between 12:00pm - 2:30pm. They showed up at 2:40pm already late and beyond the time expected. I am expecting 8 hours of cleaning with the coupon purchased, so with only two cleaners they would need to stay until 6:40 to provide the full service that was purchased. The two cleaners did a great job at cleaning...what they actually cleaned. They proceeded to pack up after around 4:30pm. They provided less than 4 hours worth of cleaning and were satisfied, although this was not what the coupon provides the purchaser. I called when I noticed they were wrapping up to leave and spoke to someone from scheduling. There was a phone conversation with the team and then they proceeded to continue cleaning until 5:40pm. They only provided 6 hours worth of cleaning for which I paid for 8 hours. If they did an outstanding job and cleaned spotlessly then I would have no complaints. I spoke to the scheduler the first time and mentioned that we were putting our house on the market so I just want 8 hours of dedicated cleaning, whatever looked dirty needed to be cleaned. I cleaned several areas after they left, the kitchen blinds, the bathroom blinds (again) and I dusted and cleaned all of the fixtures. The basement furniture was not vacuumed or cleaned either. The bathroom had streaks on the walls that with a quick look might suggest it also needed cleaning. Overall I am not satisfied and want a refund for 2 hours of cleaning that was not performed. At no point did the scheduler offer to continue cleaning until 6:30 or try to reschedule some additional time at another date to finish more cleaning. I would not recommend this service provider if you have a somewhat cleaner home, they will miss fine detail cleaning anything. I would not recommend this service provider if you are looking to stage your home for sale. I would not recommend this service provider if you plan to pay for a coupon directly through Angies List. Buyer beware the servicer provided does not honor time limits for which was paid, they only assume there stamp of quality is the time limit. I don't believe the cleaners were at fault, I am not sure what they were told or what they expected. They were given a list and told to do certain things. This did not align with my expectations and the service paid for with the coupon.

I am updating my review after reading how the company owner responded. I was overcharged by 50%, almost $150. In the invoice they sent out initially, they said three people cleaned my house when I knew only two did. They claim it was a mistake. When I first received the bill, I thought that too, but when I contacted them and asked them how many came to clean my house, they would not even look to see if it was a mistake. They just said the invoice shows three. I kept asking them to tell me how many people cleaned my house but I got no answer. Since I was not home when they cleaned, as far as they knew I didn't know how many came out to clean my house. In the owner's response to my original review, he said the problem was immediately corrected. That could not be further from truth. I contacted them several times. They finally corrected the bill only after I told them that I knew there were only two people came to my house to clean. I am also disappointed by the poor attitude displayed in the owner's response. He criticizes me saying he would rather not work with customer like me. Also, he said "the cleaning went great." How does he know cleaning went great? He was not there to check how well they cleaned. Nobody other than the two cleaning people were there. They broke an expensive glass shelving of my curio set. Several interior window panes had cloudy steaks. And I paid $35 for their "deep clean" service. Now, I am not blaming the workers. They probably did their best. I was going to forget about the broken glass shelving but I started the reimbursement process after seeing the owner's response. If the arrogance shown by the owner is any indication this company does not deserve their Angie's list rating. I hope their customers really double check their invoice.

The cleaners were an hour late to the range they originally provided. They were very nice and thorough, however, only one of the three spoke any English, which was very little. Conversations were difficult. Also, they weren't sure about the payment process at the end, neither did their contact at the company. I inquired days later and received a snarky voice mail as to the answer. Will not hire just because of the office staff.

Because I have a dog that sheds and because I am very busy with professional obligations, I choose to have my condo cleaned weekly. In the past, providers have done a good job the first four or five times and then quality began to sag. This company has provided me with consistent high quality service. Of course nothing is perfect, so when i have given them feedback, they have accepted it with a smile and the problem or confusion has not recurred. I am so appreciative that when I come home they day they have cleaned, I walk into a truly clean house (no easy task with dog hair all over!) with gleaming floors and shining surfaces. They are a little higher priced than other providers, but I've easily saved the money in the hours I've wheedled and negotiated with other house cleaners over neglected areas, broken items and poorly executed cleaning. I would highly recommend this company.

They came on time, no up selling, offered to move furniture, asked if I had any concerns and then got busy doing a great job.Thank you!

For my father-in-law's birthday we got him a certificate for cleaning at his home from Details Residential Services. 2 people arrived at my father-in-laws home. They cleaned for over 4 hours. He could not believe how nice the house looked. The bathroom was actually shining! They cleaned the kitchen, the stove, everywhere. Well I am sold on this company and their cleaners. They sent a man and a woman and they took no short cuts. They cleaned his blinds and my father-in-law was going to get new ones and throw them out they were that bad! Now he said he doesn't need new blinds - he already has them! They were polite, professional and I just cannot sing their praises enough. We decided we are going to hire this company twice a year for my father-in-law. They will clean anything you want them to clean in your house. I have already referred them to some of my friends. I am very, very fussy on cleaning and the 2 professional cleaners this company sent to my father-in-law's home fit the bill of EXCELLENT CLEANING PROFESSIONALS. I am confident they can tackle anything. He looks forward to the next time.

Originally was scheduled for Monday, but when cleaning was started, there was an equipment malfunction. Cleaning was rescheduled for the following Wednesday, which happened to be the day before Thanksgiving. Despite that, Ryan worked into the evening to make sure our rooms were done well. Since there was a problem on Monday, he offered to do 2 of our rooms free. He went out of his way to move furniture for us to get at the rooms where we had formerly put all of our furniture. Our carpets look great! Some stains that we were worried would never come out are gone. We would definitely use this company again.

On time. Courteous. Did a good job. Careful about our furniture and good clean-up.

The provider was punctual but seemed to hurry through the job. They didn't seem interested in looking more closely at some tough spots and actually told me that there was nothing they could do to help with those spots. Most carpet cleaners will use some other product or spend extra time trying to get the spots out of the carpet.

Very patient with scheduling as we were waiting to finish a remodeling job before cleaning the carpets. Nice and thorough job cleaning the carpets without hidden fees or upselling like other local providers. Only complaint is the carpet was extremely wet on completion, more than any other service I've used. I don't know if they put more water down, or if their equipment isn't as strong to vacuum it up? It took 2 days to dry, with fans running constantly. In their defense though, the day they did it was almost 100% humidity.
