I was very impressed with the overall process. Chi came out originally to provide me an estimate which I thought was good and he was ready to schedule the next week. However, I needed to wait for patio work to be completed so I mentioned I would call later. The patio took much longer than expected. I called Chi back because I wanted to rework the estimate (add more items). He came out that day and did a new estimate on the spot. Scheduling was going to be harder this time due to other work he had, but I really needed the work done sooner because I was putting the house on the market. Chi was able to move some things around and get out to the house much sooner. Very much appreciated. Chi's team did the work and when I got home that evening to check it out, I was amazed at the quality of the work and also very impressed with the level of effort his team took to resolve some issues I have with high tree roots. Using a lot of black dirt, they were able to landscape up to and over the roots and then lay sod over all of it, making the backyard look great! Chi was then very willing to come back later to make sure the sod was growing and if any needed to be replaced, he would take care of that.

Phenomenal! I contacted Chris at Cand D and he returned my call right away the next day. He stopped by promptly to look at what I needed, made some recommendations that I hadn't thought about, and provided a very competitive bid quickly. I took a little time to research his company here on Angie's List and found others had made good comments and called him back to arrange the work and referenced that I wish I had found him earlier because I had an engagement party the following weekend, and he offered to do the install before the party. He and his crew showed up on time and worked through drizzle to get the patio done and it looks GREAT!! Friends at the party loved the patio and two of them took his contact information. Great job...would definitely use him again!

I saw a flyer in the mail for his company. I contacted Chris first on the phone. He was very prompt and cordial in his response. He then came out to see the yard and gave me an estimate on the spot and when he would be able to get it done. He was able to keep his word on everything that he promised. I am impressed with the work that he did on my yard and it looks a lot better than what it looked like earlier to say the least. I highly recommend this guy, since he is a small local business and someone I trust and has kept his word.

He was able to schedule the work within several weeks, and it was all completed in one day by his hard-working crew. It looks great, and we've had numerous compliments on the work they did.
