Their customer service are excellent and the price were very competitive. They are on time, they gave a proper estimate and they even measured the room to make sure that the carpet will fit.

They came out and did the assessment. It went really well and they got the job done within the two weeks. They were really good to work with and I would definitely recommend them to other people.

Big project BIG mistake! We trusted Behr Flooring with all our carpet purchases and installation for a 5800 square foot executive home. BIG mistake! This was part of a whole house remodel and included carpet in 3 bedrooms, huge hallway, family room, living room, dining room and two sets of stairs on three levels of the house. Few years later, our executive home looks like giant Shar Pei puppy and I'm disgusted with the result! The carpet on the stairs is literally sliding downhill and the carpet in the hall is so badly wrinkled it has become a tripping hazard. As the Behr team left my home they told me it would stretch a bit - it did, and now it's an unsafe and embarrassing mess. We've had two competitors in to assess the issues and they were both shocked by the ineptitude and incompetence of the installer. Stairways were not cut and tucked or tacked in properly, the carpet was not stretched correctly, seams where not cut in straight and are now visible due to the terrible wrinkling. There is no excuse for this as this was top of the line carpet that is now being ruined by the uneven wear and tear. To add insult to injury we now have another 800.00 bill to try, and I say TRY to fix the disaster Behr Flooring left me with. We've had good carpet in place for more than 10 years and it looks as good as the day it was installed (not by Behr). Carpet doesn't want to do this. Home owners don't cause carpet to do this. A crappy business man that hires incompetent installers creates this kind of mess. Buyers beware of this company.

Overall, the entire experience went great. The installers were also professional and did a fantastic job laying the floor. I could not be happier with how our home looks and recommend Behr's to anyone.

We contacted Behr's Flooring on the phone and were greeted with a friendly, responsive receptionist. She was quickly able to schedule an in-home consultation for us with Jerry Behr, the owner. Jerry visited our home few days later and was punctual and personable. He brought several different styles of carpet samples. He assessed our needs and recommended Dupont Smartstrand carpet as "the only way to go" because "nothing will stain it." Jerry was very personable and we established a good rapport with him. We picked out our carpet selections, and he measured the square footage we would need. He assured us his pricing was the best and he would "beat big box stores." Another advantage of choosing Behr was that the sales tax was included in his price. He communicated that the sales tax would be additional at the "big box" stores. Before Jerry left, he said he would check with the carpet rep, but he might be able to "get us a deal" (additional money off of the quote) because the order was so large. Sure enough, he called a few hours later and "gave us a deal" if we would order within approx. a week. We then visited three other competitors.... and this is what we learned: Although they all carried Dupont Smartstrand carpet, none of them recommended it; actually they all steered us away from it. All of the competitors stated that they have never heard of a carpet with a guarantee that "nothing will stain it." Contradictory to what we were told, the tax was included with the pricing, not added on as long as we would use that particular store's installers. The measurements that Jerry gave us were nearly 20% more than what we needed based on measurements taken by the company we eventually chose. The one product solution that he provided and inflated measurements (and consequential final price) caused us to question his credibility and choose another vendor for this large purchase. His quote $11,000, and the vendor we chose was $8900.
