Previously I had contacted a few "bigger" name companies and was told there would be a week wait, while the other one never returned my call. Rick came over right away and walked through the interior and exterior with me, educating me about mice and how and why they do what they do. He filled any cracks with silicone and also baited my basement. Told me there was a money back guarantee and to call him if I have any issues. It's been a month now and the problem appears to be 100% taken care of. I am so happy with the customer service and the price. Thank you Twin Ports Pest & Lawn Management!
