 + -1 moreTim is outstanding ! After dealing with many and quot;gruntersand quot; as I call them, who rarely got back to me, did a half way job, Tim came along like an angel! Tim helped me navigate the city of Duluth with ease, he put in my pump. He has been back numerous times when I thought something might be going wrong...! It always turned out to be something other than the pump he put in, yet he was always there quickly and figured out what was wrong even though it wasn't his product. He goes way above and beyond and I highly highly recommend him if you need a sump pump!
