Description of Work: I needed my sewer line dug and replaced, and then a liner for the old sewer pipe put from beginning of the sidewalk to the main city connection. The liner meant that I did not have to dig up the street. As long as my yard was all dug up, I asked for a bid for some extra work, and in that case they added the work and the price was very reasonable. They haven't come as yet to do that piece, but that will happen soon. Duane knows his stuff - he and his crew can get things done quickly and they can do it well. He had to adjust to park point with many neighbors and lots of traffic, and he was always pleasant and understanding about complying with everyone's demands. My new sewer line works great - which is of course what you want your sewer line to do - and met with all required city inspections.

The owner (Dwayne) is very polite, and they only do what you ask them to, and do not try to upsell you on services that aren't required. He suggested that I try a few less costly options first, before resorting to digging up the basement. I appreciate that.

+ 0 moreThey did a beautiful job. They hired a plumber that they brought in. They dug up part of the yard and down into the sewer. The plumber hooked up the sewer to the apartment building. They were on time and came right away. The cleaned up perfectly. They were precise and knew what they were doing. They were thorough and reasonable. He followed his bid. I would recommend them and tell people to give them the first call. Everything that they did impressed me. He made it better than what it was before it started.
Description of Work: He did some digging and sewer repair. They replaced the sewer from the building to the public sewer.

+ -1 moreThey were there on the date set, and started work. Once the excavating was done the new sewer pipe was put in and hooked up. Once the work was inspected They were quick to fill in the trench. Cleanup of the yard was excellent.
Description of Work: Haad to have my sewer line dug up and replaced. Duane came right out and gave me an estimate to do the work. Once I said yes, they set a date to come out and do the work.

+ -1 moreSuperior Construction took up almost all of the leg work in dealing with the city to get approval for the project and insure it was done correctly. When everything was in order with the city and the weather cooperated, it only took them one full working day to run a completely new water and sewer system for both myself and my neighbor. The price was $2000 - $3000 dollars cheaper than anyone else I spoke with including Apex and ASP, and they were extremely easy to work with. I felt like I was working with a company that wasn’t trying to take me for all I had (which some companies were) because I was in a situation where it would have been easy. I personally wouldn't call anyone else to do any type of major construction, landscaping, plumbing, sewer, etc. repair. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Superior Construction and would/will recommend them to anyone. This is an honest testimonial not written by a company friend or family member.
Description of Work: I was in a pinch with what was initially a leaking water main. After speaking with numerous contractors and plumbers I was finally referred to Superior Construction(SC). Long story short, there were many obstacles when dealing with the city to repair the water main, and making sure the project was completed within city ordinance. After investigating the leak SC discovered that my neighbor’s water main was also leaking (which she was aware of) and that our sewers were connected which was not up to city code. In order to do the project right and up to city code my neighbor and I needed to run new (independent) water and sewer lines. I did a lot of research and spoke with the city prior to working with Superior Construction, so I knew they weren’t just trying to add to the project and make more money.
