Description of Work: Mike took over the business for Gary after training with him for 12 weeks. The quality and price are just as good as I'd expected from Sudzee in the past. Mike was punctual and professional. He worked quickly and did a thorough job. I have 3 cats (no urine spots, but some throwup). He examined all three rooms and pre-treated them before he started. He then did a very nice job on the whole apartment. The cats and I were able to walk on the carpet as soon as he was done and it was completely dry by the next day. I had 3 rooms and a hallway done for $75.00, which I think is underpriced, but Mike has agreed to keep Gary's rates the same for at least a year. You won't be disappointed. I'd give him and A+

+ -1 moreHe did a fantastic job. He was fast, clean and reasonably priced. He was just a dynamo. He was really good about fitting our schedule with movers (we were moving) which was important for the carpet to be dry. He was just accommodating on every level. The price was really affordable for our apartment and a common area. The carpet was cleaner than when we moved in. He is such a pleasant man, he was great.

+ -1 moreI bought a duplex and moved into one of the units after being occupied by college students for some years. Only the two bedrooms had carpet so that's all I needed cleaned. After searching the Duluth area for something reasonable in price for cleaning I found this Sudzee guy. I wasn't looking for anything major (big cleaning crew/machines) as the prices were too high for me. Gary, owner/operator, was the guy for me. He came over and hauled his machine up to the second floor apartment and did a good job. One of the carpets was an off white and definitely was brighter. He was able to get some stains out as well. I would recommend this guy for anyone looking to have a general carpet cleaning. He charges $19.95 per room (400 sq. ft.) - free estimates. Nothing to fancy and nothing too light. I think it's much better than renting a Rug Doctor and doing it all yourself or paying too much for a simple cleaning. I rated a "B" for quality because it was a simple cleaning but for the price it is an "A".
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning of two carpeted bedrooms. He had a single machine that sprayed a solution down and sucked it back up. It reminded me of a very big "Rug Doctor". The rooms were already empty. Took a couple hours to dry fully.
