The Botox was the best ever! He took his time and knew what he was doing. It was a pleasure to have procedures done by him.

It went great. At first, I was very nervous but they were very wonderful. I only had contact with one person because it was testing and she was great. I'd go to her again. Psychiatrists and psychologists are really hard to get into. They were very professional. They were punctual.

Wonderful caring staff. I was treated as if I were family or a good friend. Addressed all of my needs in an extremely willing manner.

I put in a request to have my prescription refilled and it was denied and was told she would not refill without an appointment. I called to make an appointment and there is a 6 month lead time to see her. I asked to have my prescription refilled until I could get in with her, but was told no. There was no warning or any communication with me prior to this letting me know I needed to make an appointment. Now, my face is very red and my rosacea will get worse and worse until I can get into another doctor who will write me a prescription. This lack of availability and communication is not acceptable. Doctors provide a service and when the service is crap, people need to know about it.

I went in for allergy testing for myself and my son. I found Dr. Monson to be very arrogant. My son has multiple food allergies and I wanted to retest for a few to see if he'd outgrown anything. She seemed to have a hard time believing that my son had so many food allergies and then gave me a really hard time about wanting to test him for garbanzo bean. She didn't have it in the office and didn't think it was important enough to order because it was an unusual food, in spite of the fact that my family eats it regularly, which is why I wanted my son tested for it. It costs money for the doctors to order foods to test so that could have been part of her initial unwillingness to order it. I insisted and finally she did agree to order it, but she had a pretty bad attitude about it. I didn't at all appreciate her attitude and did not see her after the final test. We now go to the only other allergist in Duluth.

The experience was very good. It's a long wait for him but it was worth it. He was very thorough and very personable. He actually uncovered some issues that weren't even ear, nose, and throat.
