They were extremely professional to deal with. Their web site is excellent, the responded immediately to our inquiry and provided details, pricing and availability of dates, and followed through with each email exchange. They showed up precisely on time on the appointed day, were very polite, professional and well spoken, and did an incredible job on the apartment cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and carpets, dusted the woodwork, and other detailing. Follow through was also easy and professional. They gave us several options to pay, and we decided to pay on line. They opened up a link specific for us for a few hours so we could enter our credit card info without having to go through a smart phone or record it, and we promptly got an emailed receipt. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning project, either one-time or recurring.

This is a young company run by a young entrepreneur who recognizes the value of a good name and good reputation. He is committed to using sustainable materials and achieving customer satisfaction. One window was problematic - three levels high, and round. The window was cleaned manually, as the team couldn't get the right angle with the extended pole cleaner because of trees and branches. After the windows were finished, one more walk-around to look for smears or smudges. They were respectful of our house - indoors and out, and left no trace except wonderfully clean windows.
