 + -1 moreI am very pleased with the carpet cleaning. He got out a very nasty stain and my carpet looks beautiful! He was very thorough and moved all of the furniture. He was very pleasant and punctual. The price was very reasonable and he kept to his estimate. I will use him again in the future.

Description of Work: Removed stain from carpet. They came & cleaned the stain and because the carpet was wet we couldn't be sure if the stain was removed. When it dried there was still a light stain. They came back and did additional stain removal. I wasn't charged for the 2nd time they came and they came very quickly. The 2nd time the stain was completely removed.

 + -1 moreI am so pleased with their services! Gary came and gave us an estimate the day after I had contacted him, which he stuck to 100%. He was available to clean our carpets within a couple of days, but we pushed it out 2 weeks for when the kids would be back in school and out of their hair! I found Gary to be very professional and sincere. The quality of work done was fantastic - the best carpet cleaning we've had since moving into our house 9 years ago. I will definitely use ProCare again in the future, and as soon as the carpets look grungy, they will be the first ones I call!

 + -1 moreI've never had upholstery cleaned before, so I'm not sure what a fair price is, but $160 seemed like a lot for one sofa and one loveseat (with pillows and cushions). The work was fine. The gentleman who did the cleaning (the owner) was considerate and thoughtful.
Description of Work: One sofa with three cushions and one love seat with two cushions were steam cleaned.

 + -1 moreIt went fabulous! I could not believe how clean the carpets were! I thought for sure or landlord was going to call us and say that we needed to replace the carpet. But thanks to these guys the carpets look better than when we moved in. Well definitely use them in the future.

 + -1 moregave and estimate and was true to estimate. cleaned all carpeting anc very pleased with the results. Bedrooms have white carpeting and could not believe how clean he got them. We were thinking we would have to replace the carpeting. very satisfied with service and will use again.

 + -1 moreThe carpet was cleaned, that was good. It took several days to dry, that was bad. It was very fragrant for a couple of weeks after the job was done, bad. He was quite a bit later than expected. Over all, I think the other reviews were written by family members. I will not hire them again.

Description of Work: I was entirely satisfied with the carpet cleaning. We have a large space and it was definitly in need of a cleaning. Price included scotch-guard as well.

 + -1 moreI had looked in the phone book for carpet cleaners and found Pro Care and then looked on Angie's list for this listing. When I saw that this carpet cleaner was given A's, I phoned for an appointment. When I reached Gary the owner, he seemed very reserved and a little nervous. But we made the appointment and he came about only 15 minutes late, which I don't consider a big deal. He cleaned the carpets and collected the area rugs and was out the door in about 1 hour. The carpets looked great, but he did say he thought some spots may come back up but will be glad to retouch when he returned with the area rugs. When I contacted him the second time and he stated that he didn't have our number,( he stated he got the number off of the check and we paid cash) a=nd he was waiting for our call. I called on Friday and he dropped the pre-treatment by on Sunday afternoon and was there as stated on Monday and did as was expected. The area rugs looked brand new and were beautifully cleaned.
Description of Work: We had traffic areas in 3 bedrooms and hallway cleaned. There were heavy pet stains in one of the bedrooms but they came out initially, but then after a week or so they resurfaced. He took with him 2 large wool area rugs to clean and return. He told us that he would touch up anything that needed it when he returned. He told us he would clean the rugs later this week and then call to arrange their return. I hadn't heard from Gary in about a week and a half so I called him and he stated he didn't have our number. He stated he would be by the following Monday and bring the rugs and touch up the carpet where the stains resurfaced. I asked him if he had anything we could pre-treat with and he said he did and would drop some by. So we pre-treated the spots and when he re-did them and they stayed clean and remain clean. He left us with another pet stain pre-treatment and instructed to use a spray bottle next time since we squirted the areas this time and emptied 2 eight ounce bottles. We plan to call him early fall to clean the downstairs carpet and area rug. We were totally satisfied and have referred him to friends who comment or ask about carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: ProCare was great! The came and went and did a terrific job! Capret looks brand new! They were easey to work with a hanest (left the door open for them-no problems) Would recommend them to any one.
