I gave up after attempting to work with this company. I chose another realtor and even they had difficulties with reaching and even receivng a response from this company.

Response from Port Cities Realty
The person was responded to many times. She is currently working with one of my agents and is waiting for one of our properties to be listed which is when we will contact her again. It is not our fault she does not listen to her voicemails which is what the issue was on her 1/31 DOS. My agent called her and left a message, when the person called again stating that she hadn't heard from anyone I came down hard on the agent that was tasked with talking to her. The agent called her back again and let the person know that she had left a message and that person's response was that she hadn't listened to her messages. The person was also interested in a property that was in a mulitple offer situation and the agent didn't know how many offers there were, but she did try to get them into the property, but because of the timeframe for the highest and best offers to be submitted to the seller, the agent was limited on the amount of time to try to work with these buyers. As far as I know, the agent will be contacting this person once the property we have that she's interested in is ready to be listed.

Does not return phones, respond to emails. terrible would definately not work with this company. However she is known as the "foreclosure queen" so she does get the listings but obviously doesn't have the staff or works with a selct number of clients
Description of Work: Does not return phone calls. Lists properties as available that arleady in the process of closing. Very unprofessional and hard to get a hold of even with another realtor involved.

Response from Port Cities Realty
The person was contacted by a 2nd company that I have working with me to stay on top of the hundreds of phone calls we get on our proerties. She was responded to about the property she was interested in, but the site she was getting her info is not my web site, nor any of the IDX sites we use, it's a foreclosure site that does not keep it's information updated and therefore I can not take responsibility for supposedly "advertising" a property that had an accepted offer and was in the process of getting the sale closed. I have 6 office staff, 9 agents, and a second real estate company that also works with the buyer leads coming into my office. This person doesn't listen to their phone messages, nor did she send any e-mails to my company. I work very hard on trying to take care of all buyers leads and put in 15-20 hours a day and considering that she's really the only one complaining and I sell hundreds of properties a year, supposedly dropping the ball on 1 person out of hundreds is a pretty good record. We are still working with the person and she is interested in a property that is not even listed again (again, she's looking at a site that is giving her info on foreclosure properties that does not come from my web site or from our IDX/MLS info), the property is not listed yet and she will be contacted by one of my agents once the property has a list price.

During the duration of the lease, no issues surfaced. However, at the end, they did not want to refund the security deposit. They somehow failed to realize the rules set forth by the State of Minnesota. In MN, a landlord has 21 days to refund a sec deposit or provide justification why no refund is coming. Well at day 22, they were scrambling to get the refund out, (mainly because I mentioned an attorney)
