water heater repair
+ -1 moreThey were prompt, and courteous. They didn't leave a mess and explained the operation before they left. The installation went well and the job was completed in one day and two plumbers.
Description of Work: Provided a instant hotwater heater system and plumbing for the entire house.

+ -1 moreThey are a subsidiary of Jamar Company. They are at the office early so I am able to call at 7:30 or 8 am to make an appointment. They set me up with a time right away and they are pretty good with their estimates of when someone is going to show up. I’ve used them several times and I will continue to use them.

+ -1 moreThey still charged us almost the full amount. We had to call them back three times even though it was an emergency. There were absolutely no problems that they fixed, even with the bill. It was awful. They sent someone else to inspect everything and he didn't do a darn thing. We got another bill from him.
Description of Work: We used Plaunt Plumbing & Heating to replace the igniter on the heating system because they thought that it was bad. That wasn't the issue and it didn't fix the problem. They caused a gas leak in the house and we had to evacuate.

+ 0 moreGas line is installed and working. Met the Estimate No shut off installed on the grill connection. I felt this a safety concern, they said it met code. I requested they put on in. They did. At job start I asked that the line for the stove allow it to be pulled all the way out to clean behind it. This was not done. Repeated calls over two months with multiple promises and then they started not returning calls. I finally found the owner of the company on line and his email address and contacted him with the complaint. Someone called the next day and scheduled a time to come and fix the stove.
Description of Work: Install gas line from meter to back of house for grill and into stove in kitchen.
