Description of Work: I could not get into my garage. I didn't know why the overhead door would not open. He sent Nathan. Nathan found the problem, solved it, fixed my door, in quick order, and the pricing was reasonable. He also pointed out some things I should get fixed. I will call them in the spring.

 + -1 moreI called their office and talked to the person that answers the phone. Told her of my problem, and she said he was on the phone and asked if I wanted his voice mail. I said sure. Left a message and my phone number twice and my call was never returned. I learned of this business from Angie's List and I couldn't even get my call returned. Pretty disappointed.
Description of Work: Wouldn't even return my call.

Description of Work: They replaced my garage door opener. The new one works well and is very quiet. The technician came on Friday and diagnosed the problem, but they did not call me with information on a new installation - I called them Tuesday, was given one option for a new opener, which was installed Thursday.

 + 0 moreI call them Friday to fix a spring on my garage door. They wear out on Monday to fix it. They did a good job. Fred replace two spring adjusted my garage door and put a couple bolt that wear missing in the door and lube the door. Phil's garage service did an awesome job!

 + -1 moreThey came out a gave me a quote on all the projects, giving me many product options. The doors were ordered and two weeks later they installed them very professionally in a day. On the repair, the owner came out and gave me a quote and in two days had the door fixed. I called a couple of days later and reminded them that part of the quote was to reinforce the large door. They came out the next day and had it fixed with no added cost.
Description of Work: They installed two new construction garage doors, two new garage doors on an existing structure, and repaired a garage door on an existing structure.
