Work began around June 26th or 27th and we are still having issues with one of the units. We were told it should only take one and one half days to complete the job. 2 units were installed easily and 1 was not. There was problems getting the unit to work. He wouldn't complete the job and then would say he would come and finish the following week. This went on for over a month. Now all three units are installed, however, one unit in an upstairs bedroom is emitting an odor that is causing the person sleeping in that room, headaches unless she turns it off. When we called to inform him of this he said it was from paint used to paint the room. It wasn't and we called his office back. He sent his office associate to see if there was an odor. She agreed that when the air conditioning unit is turned on in that room that it does smell musty. Still it hasn't been fixed. He hasn't been out to check it himself either. On 8/18/14 we called him again to come and fix the problem and he refused and said it was now the bathroom that is causing the odor. So we paid for a unit that we can't turn on because it makes someone sick. I would not recommend this provider.

Perfect!.Brian, installer (and owner) is the most competent technician I've met. These jobs were fast, complete, and flawless.The winter 0f 2013 was exceptionally severe, so I cannot analyze the furnace's efficiency. My impression is there was about a 20% saving. Again, highly recommended for heating, cooling and related replacement-repairs.
