carpet installation
+ -1 moreTwo weeks after installation, the laminate flooring started to curl in some of the joints. I went to Nor Floors and they sent out the head installer who told me it looked like a flaw in the laminate. After discussing the matter w/the store owner they said they did not have any extra pieces on hand and would have to order some. After 6 months, I again said what was going on and they said they no longer handled the product and they did nothing to correct the problem. I will never use their store or services ever again. You would think they'd at least back their products or correct any problems.
Description of Work: I had Nor Floors install carpet and laminate flooring.The crew that did the work was average at best. They had one (out of three) person who was heads above the rest in installation work.
