Some of the materials were not available when they wanted to start but they insisted on beginning on a set date. This caused the project to carry on for weeks longer than it should have. Ths was the only bathroom in the house at the time and the owner pushed and pushed to begin on the set date even without all f the materials such as the vanity and the shower parts. The country top was delayed for three weeks on back order so we went without the sink and shower for a couple of weeks longer than anticipated. We were lucky we had a cabin we could use for part of the time. There was also a large mirror they removed for us because we were going to reuse it in another part of the house. They broke it. The guy who removed it said he was not told it was to be saved. Also they refused to install a new toilet paper holder in the wall to replace the one that was removed because they said it was not specifically written in the contract. When I spoke to the salesman about the broken mirror, he said the company would replace he mirror with another one they had available . My wife and I agreed but I have yet to see the mirror and my wife passed away 4 months ago never seeing her new mirror. All of our calls and request have been ignored. I also have some of the tile on the floor is coming loose and hey have refused to repair it. The grout around these tiles began to crack within a few weeks of the job being completed.

Assume company to do business with. they offer a product that no one else has ( Sentrel) Ward water will not stain it. The workers cleaned up the work area and picked up tarps and vacuumed areas of the house they had to use to get to the bathroom. They showed up the day they said and worked 10 - 12 hour days to complete the project on time. I turned them onto my sister for a bathroom remodel - They (my sister and brother in-law) both had a similar assume experience. In short they were a very unprofessional, ill prepared group. The work overall was of poor quality, but the worst was there timing. It took over 5 times longer than originally estimated. And this was the result of them taking on too much work. Basically they tore our house up and then started other jobs. Also, they gave us an allowance for kitchen cabinets. When we got the cabinets we questioned the quality and asked for a reciept. Instead we got a letter from their attorney indicating that they did not need to provide it. Just a nighmare group. Keep away!

What a great company to work with. I had requested 4 quotes from different contractors before starting my bathroom remodel. 1 made the appointment, but never showed up. The New Look Remodeling person was the only one to show up on time. I had my bathroom gutted, removed the tub, vanity, toilet, floor and replaced with a enlarged shower area steam-room with seat, new sink, toilet,flooring and lighting. They started on Monday morning and completed the project in 4 days. Two dedicated New Look employees worked 10 hour days to complete my project. I know the plumbers and electricians were not employees of New Look. The entire project was painless. They put down covering on my carpets and stairs, taped off the bathroom so dust did not enter the house. They were not the cheapest bid but I liked the materials that they installed. This company is really a class act. If I could give them 5 stars I would. I have recommended this company to others. When company come over and see the new bathroom they all commenton what a beautiful room.

It took a few weeks to get the job scheduled, but we were pleased with the customer service we received along the way. Everyone we talked to (from the salespeople to the installers) were very polite and friendly. We were initially unsure what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend, but the salesman was very patient and did not pressure us. We were anxious to get the job done, but it wound up being worth the wait. The installers were courteous and did a terrific job with our bathroom.
