All went excellent. Owner and crew were very professional and responsive to our specific needs and installation location. Owner and crew very concerned with our satisfaction and unit performance. Installation was completed with absolutely no damage to the building or contents. Upon completion, operation was completely explained, all packing and packaging material and scrap material was completely removed from job site. Installation was perfect and other than the installed equipment you could not tell that the firm had been here. I was present during installation and crew happily answered any questions that came up. Plan to seek purchase of a complete Heating/Cooling installation in a new home in several years at this location. This firm is at the top of my consideration. I and my wife are very pleased with the job completed.

Excellent! Despite numerous hold ups due to the City of Duluth, the contractor remained on schedule and completed the installation on time. This required them to come to our home more than originally planned but they did so with a smile on their face and were always positive and professional and on time. We obtained three quotes before the selecting MMT. They were very competitive with their pricing (not the lowest) but their service was incredible. We are so glad we choose them. They did a great job!
