I was out of town but all went well..I didnt know exact date they were coming. The back gate was locked and they couldn't get to back yard. They came back and finished up when we returned.

They were Patient, professional, and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.

They planted the tree, including prepping the soil, etc. They left directions for care.

Miller Creek had done a paver driveway and other landscaping at a new house in the neighborhood, and I was impressed by their work. I initially contacted them on May 18th to be sure to get on their calendar because of the expected amount of landscaping contracts they might have. They initially said it would be a couple of weeks to get to our work . I checked back in early June, and they said (via email) that recent rains had delayed their other work that was ahead of ours. But they did say they could get to ours in a week or so. I heard nothing for a month. I contacted them again in early July, and was given an estimated date, but nothing happened. I finally had to contact them again in August with a bit firmer, but polite language. They finally scheduled and did the work in early September. When they did arrive, the man did the work well and quickly. He was polite and friendly. I am completely satisfied with the work. He had a job site radio which he respectfully kept at low volume levels which I very much appreciated. I know nothing about contracting work, but I imagine it must be difficult and frustrating when dealing with weather and unforeseen setbacks. However, I do know that good communication with the customer is key. With the delays and lack of follow up, I felt like I was being ignored. If they can work on that, they would have a top notch rating from me.

The owner and i had a good discussion of the best sort of maple with great fall color to put on this particular site, which can be a bit wet in the Spring. ( decided on the native Sugar Maple) We have been working with Troy for nearly 15 years, on two different houses' landscaping. He sent two young men who took a couple hours to plant and mulch this tree. As usual, we were very pleased with their work. ( Four other maples that MCL planted in 2005 -7 are all doing really well.)

The work they did was very impressive. The end product is more than what we imagine and more. The crew was easy to work with and polite. I would use them again. I would highly recommend them...very happy with the end results!!

They've done a lot of yard work for my house probably for a year. They last did some work for me in July. The owner is extremely easy to work with. They do a good job. They stand by their products. They are very busy but it's not hard to get a hold of them. They are very responsive. If I call, they call me back.
