This man is a fraud. He lied to us from the very beginning. He installed a very unsafe structure, nothing was done to code and it was deemed a firehazard due to the poor construction and installation of the floor. We had to reinforce everything he did and since he took half the budget and refuses to reimburse us we are having to continue the project on our own with very little money. We have had inspectors, engineers and other contractors evaluate his work and they all agree that it was done carelessly and the flooring cannot be saved. This man lied to use about costs and time frame. He claims covid drove up the price of supplies but we purchased all supplies out of pocket even though his proposal included these items. He quoted us for the project start to finish and he did not complete SINGLE part of the job. He is untrustworthy, greedy and arrogant. Please do not hire this company, I do not want this to happen to anyone else!!
