Lakeview Flooring

This was one of the best contractor experiences I have had in my total house renovation. All aspects of the project were laid out in detail and performed as promised. New and old floor interface and patches in old floor were excellent. Highly recommend.

Greg and his crew did a fabulous job! I closed on the house on a Friday and he was in here that Sunday setting up for the job. He worked through the next week and that following weekend, treating the floors with the Bona finish. He had to complete the job in time for the floors to dry before my move-in that next Wednesday. All told, he had a window of 10 days to get the entire thing done - all in the middle of some hot and humid weather which could complicate drying time. Greg's knowledge of the time each step took, his expert crew, his familiarity with the products and drying time, and his experience working on a tight timeline all served us well and resulted in an excellent job, done on time. The floors look fabulous, attention was paid to each and every detail and small hiccups along the way were handled professionally. Greg was in touch with me on a daily basis, providing updates and asking me for my preferences. His distributor ran out of the Bona product and Greg wound up giving me the Bona Traffic (upgrade!), honoring his original quote. He has stayed in touch about helping with any post-move in issues and has expressed a willingness to come back and help take care of any floor concerns in the future. Fabulous

We chose to go with a darker color satin, which increased the cost a little, but the results were amazing. Greg provides excellent communication and quality work at a competitive price. Would definitely use him again for future projects.

Greg is devoted to producing a work product that the owner is completely satisfied with, providing honest assessments of what different approaches will look like and doing extra work as necessary to make everything work out perfectly. We met with Greg and 2 other flooring installers/refinishers. It was a very hard decision between using Lakeview and Riverside Flooring, the most well-known flooring company in town that came highly recommended. Alan from Riverside also took a LOT of time on-site talking through the project and option with us, as did Greg. Greg even said that Riverside was the best in town and would be faster since they have more workers. Lakeview's cost, however, was lower and we were not in a huge hurry, so based on his good references we gave Lakeview a try and were very satisfied.
