+ 0 moreAfter 5 months of not getting my flooring ordered and not getting installation scheduled, I gave up. When I voiced my frustration, the manager said I should take my business elsewhere. So I will.

+ -1 moreOur first impressions were great. The sales staff was friendly and accommodated our needs. However, installation could not have gone worse. The crew showed up late and worked for 4 hours. The installation was only 25% complete. They left their tools in the middle of the hallway and our master bath and bedroom were unusable. In addition, they had blocked access to our closets so we had no access to our clothes. When we called the sales manager he was indifferent to our problem and said he didn't know why the installation crew had left early. Really? The crew returned the next day to finish the job but it took them a very long time for 3 bedrooms and a family room. In the end, we received a small discount from the sales manager, but it hardly made up for the total inconvenience caused by the installation crew!

+ 1 moreThey were okay. I didn't think it was anything special but I thought they were good. I guess they were very responsive. It was kind of a big job. I think the price was probably the best it could have been even though it seems like a heck of a lot to me. I would recommend them to somebody.
Description of Work: They subcontracted to have concrete floor put in and then they put the tile on over that after that was secured.
