Description of Work: Contractor installed a new street mailbox post and box that the city plow destroyed this past winter. Nice folks to do business with. Sure happy they were there. Had to wait a few weeks because they were very busy, but it was worth the wait.

I have a preservation home and it's 105 years old. They came in and quickly spot found and repaired a leaking water delivery pipe. I've used them extensively for the restoration of my home for the last ten years.

I had someone check on the work after it was done...and it was done, and very well done at that. I am glad I found Litmans to do the work.
Description of Work: I had a new side door put on my garage and a storm door put on the back of my home. I was not going to be home during the work, and did not have to worry, they did a great job and very prompt.

It was a free quote. He was very nice. He offered to mail it or email it to me. They were very nice people. I didn't check any references but I didn't ask for any either. I haven't decided yet because I haven't gotten any other bids. The quote process was great. They were very responsive and he was a nice person. He lived in the same neighborhood I used to live in so we knew some of the same people.

We didn’t use him. He was prompt in calling up. He showed up when he said he was going to. He looked at the job to be done and gave us a prompt estimate. So, everything was fine except that another guy gave us a lower estimate. The other guy did it for quite a bit less so it’s hard to compare apples and oranges. One guy wanted to do a little different or a little more. What Jay Litman quoted us on probably included more things. So, we decided to go with the lesser one.

Awesome job! Jayson was always on time, always called the night before to ensure things were coordinated. my new door looks great, in fact the rest of the front room needs to be updated to match his craftsmanship! The only reason I haven't had them back is having the disposable income to spend.

It went well. Jayson showed up on time, did good work, and consulted with me whenever there was a question about what I wanted. A good experience.
