 + -1 moreThey did a fine job. They have done three projects for us: the wall repair, garage repair and porch repair. They are prompt and do quality work. Our only concerns have been a tendency for the contractor to not provide professional advice. They will offer options and when you ask which would you recommend they will say that is your choice. Part of what we seek in a professional is advice that comes from far more subject matter expertise than we have. When we asked for a bid on a fourth project in late August we have yet to receive a bid by October. For those reasons I am rating them at a B and not an A overall.
Description of Work: Opened sheet rock to get at pipes and replaced sheet rock, taped and mudded.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate for adding a sunroom addition to a home previously framed by this builder.
