+ -1 moredelevery was quick, I had problems with the heat and would call tom, he would call back very quick and trouble shoot my problems which were my old heater register vents which were my problems. My blower fan did burn up, but you sometimes get one. he sent me a new one and now the heat is on!!! Working on unit is very easy, if you know a litte bit of plumbing and electric its no problem
Description of Work: sold furnace over phone conversation, which was very responsive and accurite. Tom is very knowledgable and helpful. The hookup instructions where easy for me to do by myself.
