Guardian used to be excellent. We had been using them since 1997 - yes that long. But recently have really dropped the ball. The service man would show up and in 5 mins leave. I called Guardian and asked what the heck? The serviceman thought no one was home. He went through his routine, SAYING he was filling the bait boxes, but he wasn't. They hadn't been inside the house, nor up in the attic like they were supposed to, in years. I finally had enough when: they wouldn't come out to treat a bee/hornet's nest in the peak of the house, canceled a scheduled service call, then lied about when they would be back. The woman in the office when I called to cancel their services was so rude. defensive and angry, it made canceling their services more fitting. Who is rude to someone canceling your services?? Wouldn't you be kind and apologetic? Perhaps they've been getting a lot of calls to cancel services?? I found Prompt Action in Eau Claire WI and they are wonderful!!! Actually servicing the house. Don't use Guardian.

We have been using their services for the past couple of years. They are reliable. They are friendly and easy to talk to.
