I have used them for the last couple of years. There was a little deal going on about how they were doing something. When I first moved in I was told I would have to put up a gutter. I was the third person living here and don't know why somebody living here did not do it before me. So they had to put up a gutter and within one week of it being installed the lawn people came around and knocked it, crunched it, bent it and knocked it off its hinges. Oh, my gosh, I thought, why did I bother. Part of the reason is that the ground is so uneven and that is difficult to cut it all the same length when you have different levels. It varies. They have a nursery where they sell things too and they also go out and do things, for yard work and so forth, including planting. I am sure they are better than the first company that was here, I bet. It is a good company, one of the best probably. They tried to accommodate and do give effort. Their responsiveness was good.

Grussendorf provided a timely estimate. The job was done earlier than stated. The crew was professional and did a good job.

The first sod that they installed did not root regardless of the amount of water poured on it. We notified them and a crew came out immediately and installed new sod which is doing fine.

They guaranteed their plants for a year and they tell you how to plant and care for them. They are really knowledgeable about plants and tell you all kinds of things. If you go to Wal-Mart or someplace like that they don't give you this kind of information on how to take care of your plants and what you need to do to keep it in the best shape. They are a little spendy but I will use them again in the future.
