Salesman helped me select the right product for my needs and personally oversaw the installation. I had previously used Floor to Ceiling for other projects such as cabinetry and fixtures and always been very pleased with the service and products. That's why I used them again for this project. So far, they have been a great resource for home improvement. Their prices line up with the big-box store products and their service is superior.

I thought they were very good, very fast, very efficient.

We worked with Brian to design our bathroom. He told us that we could pay for his design or if we wanted to use Floor to Ceiling products the design fee was waived. He sent Shawn Murphy of Blluewater Custom Builders to give us an estimate of construction costs. We also told them that we had a plumber friend that we wanted to use for that part of the remodel. They assured us that this would not be a problem and that they had done this before. We did not know that our plumber was not a licensed plumber so we ran into a delay with the plumbing inspector. The biggest issue I had with the project was the time. I had made it clear from the beginning that if the job could not be complete by July 1 I wanted to wait until Sept. Work started on May 26 and was not completed until Sept 24. The work on Sept 24 was to fix the leaking shower!

Linda B. is great to work with. SHe is very patient, and willing to give generously of her time. There was an area where the floors buckled. SHe was quick to get the installer out here. He took that area apart, and determined that he had made an error in glueing things down in that one area. It was fixed at his expense. Linda followed up with a call. Linda is very professional, and thorough. She later called to ask if another customer could see our floors. We were impressed that she went to those lengths with her customers. We also bought window shades with her assistance. Again, she did not push, was patient, and very professional.
