+ -1 moreThis is a terrible company. Put on a roof on the house and it leaks, leaks, leaks. There was water running down the walls on the second floor, rain came in through the ceiling. I pointed out faulty work and they simply ignored me. Water still runs down the walls on the second floor even after the second visit. Never use this company.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job wih the roof but they get an A because they were SO EASY to communicate with! They did everything we discussed and even hurried out to tarp some areas before it started raining after my first contact with them. I have been a home owner for almost 20 years and have never had such an easy time communicating with the company working on my house.

+ -1 moreEmpire roofing replaced by 55 year old roof with a new one and was very efficient and professional in the presentation of the contract and the actual replacement. I was amazed at the speed that the work was completed as it took only 4 hours for the 1400 sq. ft. roof. The did all the things agreed to and their personal representative when out of his way to make sure that the job was done correctly and to finish up any additional matters. Any concerns were promptly attended to with efficiently. I would recommend this company for your roofing needs.
Description of Work: Replace a 55 year old roof with new roofing, including necessary plywood, ice protection, turbines, facia boards and eves.

+ -1 moreHowever, we are pleased with the second roofing crew and the work they did. The quality of the second crew would merit an A but because of the F rating I would give the first crew; the C becomes a compromise grade.
Description of Work: Signed the contract on Aug 7, 2013 and the work was finished for the second time in mid November. The first job was so badly done that the project manager for Empire agreed it would have to be completely redone. The wrong material was used the first time and very, very poorly installed. The first crew damaged the siding of my house and after long negotiations we finally settled today about 4.5 months after the contract was signed.
