DULUTH STOVE & FIREPLACE

My wife and I are very happy with our new outdoor sauna and I've been in it every night since it was installed. We both find it very relaxing. The whole purchase and build process was simple and Duluth Stove took care of everything, always informing us of what was going on. The phone app makes control of the sauna very convenient. Highly recommended.

They were very nice, but we have continuous problems with our fireplace ghosting (the flame comes on them goes out). They come to fix it, it works for a bit sometimes, but then it happens again. This is not happening with friends gas fireplaces so I know it is not normal. It has been more than a year. Also sometimes it will ghost at the start then, after a bit, a HUGE burst of flame, like a build up of gas with blow. My fear is that there is a bigger problem that they are saying, like it was not put in properly but they do not want to admit it, and we are never getting a permanent fix. Very frustrating!

Extremely happy with our indoor sauna from Duluth Stove & Fireplace! We had looked at various pre-built kit saunas in-store, but ultimately decided to go with a custom-cut sauna. We worked with Duluth Stove & Fireplace to install a custom Finnleo electric sauna in our basement. We are extremely pleased with the results. They were able to work with us on customizing our sauna and give us recommendations. They also worked with an electrician to get the necessary 240V installed. They kept everything neat in the work area and cleaned up once the job was completed. We worked with Matt at the store and Scott with the install and were very happy! There were some delays on Finnleo's part, but they were always response to calls and kept us updated on work dates. Would highly recommend.

These guys did a wonderful job getting me everything that I needed to install my fireplace. They are knowledgeable and great at their trade. If any comments above or below say otherwise, they are just unhappy with their fireplace situation and are taking it out on the store.

I was having a vexing, recurring problem with glass in my fireplace doors breaking, and had already taken the doors to another glass shop with no luck. Duluth Stove & Fireplace was a little more expensive but when the first set of replacement glass broke, they replaced it free of charge. They also inquired into what might be causing the breakage and together we were finally able to solve the problem. During the final efforts, even though they'd offered to replace the glass free for what seemed like the umpteenth time, I was willing to go halves with them just because they'd worked so hard for me. We got the mystery solved and I have no more problem with it. This is a good business and they do excellent work there.
