 + -1 moreVery well. The two-man team arrived promptly and started to work shoveling snow off the roof. They then went to work on the ice dams with a steam hose. They worked quickly and efficiently, and completely removed all the dams and piled up snow on the lower part of the roof. The final price was on the low end of the estimate they gave me.
Description of Work: Ice dams were clogging the gutters on two sides of my house, threatening to bring down the gutters and/or created leaks on the interior.

Description of Work: They had the right equipment for the job. Our steel roof requires a steamer to get rid of ice dams. The two workers were efficient, professional, and polite. Hans, the owner (I presume) also spent some time conferring with our roofer to determine that poor insulation was the cause of our ice dam.

 + -1 moreAt first, our communication was fantastic... Hans (the owner) was prompt on returning calls and we made an appointment that fit our schedule. However, I had some follow up questions/concerns and it took me weeks to get Hans to return my call. I really wanted to keep this company in my list of service providers, but the lack of communication after they worked on my house was disappointing. I should say... they charged me a fair rate and the ice dams were removed completely.
Description of Work: They removed ice dams from our home. They had a team of two guys with shovels and a hot steam pressure washer. They removed all of the snow with shovels and then used their hot steam pressure washer to melt and remove the ice dams.
