The initial call was responded to immediately to gauge severity of need and then the rest of the process was thoroughly performed to ensure my needs were met at all times. I can say that Dryco was a pleasure to work with in all aspects of the work.

The Dryco team showed up within 2 hours of the first phone call and immediately began work to dry out the home after a faucet leak caused massive flooding. The dryco team stayed throughout the week to remove moist insulation from under the house and dry the walls. Luckily the damage was minimized with their help.

I was very pleased with the completed job… I had four companies submit bids this company was recommended even though they were from out of town… I chose their company because they were the most reasonable for what they were going to do and they could get in in a timely fashion… This was the house I was hired to remodel in the basement was wet damp and smelled musty and moldy which made the rest of the house smell it was not a big house… completed the job as described and when it was finished the basement was completely dry and there was no smell!… One week later the area received torrential rains with flooding but this basement remain dry… We were able to sell the house and advertise this as living space which increased the value tremendously and the realtor explained that it many homes in the area can advertised dry basement as this also came with a written warranty… Three years later the new homeowners have completely remodeled the basement and it has remained completely dry!… Would definitely recommend this company And would also use this company again in my future remodels… I’ve included finish pictures unfortunately I do not have a before picture but they were cracks in the walls and water on the floor

Work was done very efficiently and cleanly.

Super disappointed. Middle of winter, they began weeks after. They tore stuff down and then left me exposed for weeks. Not timely, very poor communication about the costs and work being performed. They blocked off my second exit completely with plywood. I had to ask for them to seal off the wall with plastic. It is winter. They could have managed the temporary barrier better. They left this very unstable supported ceiling. Their costs are ridiculously high. Simply tearing out one wall and removing interior paneling and insulation of a 4x12 ft area costed 3500. I could have removed that myself if they had told me the costs like I wanted in the beginning.
