James is a conscientious, knowledgeable young man. A good bobcat operator as well.

I was given Diser's contact information from a couple people off a blog website. Before hiring someone I like to look into anyone that I hire. With that being said, I received a quote for him to do a deck repair on my house. I knew it was going to be a difficult job because I own a brick home that the deck we had already had reroofed and fixed up a few years prior. We also didn't want to completely redo the deck either. He and his crew have been hands down the best company that we have worked with on any remodeling project. They are very professional, polite, quick to respond to emails and text messages or phone calls, and very understanding. Throughout the repair he asked questions if he needed approval and was very timely on the job. We are very happy that we hired his company as they were the right company for the job. We also ran into a problem with our skylight leaking and he has graciously been able to give us a quote to get it replaced. It's been amazing to work with him and his crew!

James and his team were efficient, productive, clean and professional. I had multiple quotes for companies to come blow in insulation. Diser came in at a great price and acted like professionals, respecting my home while taking timely measurements for quotation. Timely is important considering James took 20 minutes while another company took over 2 hours after the other company rescheduled twice, your time is valuable. I feel that the value I received from Diser Construction exceeded that of the value any other of the options I looked at. The actual project was done efficiently, giving me updates, and took the necessary precautions to mitigate dust from the project. They went above and beyond to ensure I didnâ t have to clean up any kind of mess left behind. I did not know anyone at the company prior to them coming and quoting/installing. I feel that the recommendations provided to me by the company were honest and fair. I would and will do business with them again.

James and his foreman, John, were wonderful to work with. Very good communication, kept us updated on our project and the time-line, and made sure we were satisfied with the work. The estimates were reasonable. I plan on hiring them again for future projects and have already recommended them to friends.

They were quick and efficient. I have only one bathroom so I could only go one day and night without a toilet. They got the job done quickly. I had a new tub, shower, floor, toilet installed and wallpaper removed and repainted. He said the project would take 4 days and they were done in 3. They showed up on time and cleaned up everything when done. Great job!! I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

Fabulous service and communication

We hired James for a bathroom remodel of our downstairs half bath. We wanted to knock down a wall and reconfigure the space to make it larger. He was very upfront and honest in his initial bid, as he didn't want us to go into the project not knowing what the overall cost would be. However, after the first day of demo, we found we could go ahead with our original idea and expand the area. Our bathroom went from a tiny, super outdated closet to a beautiful modern functional space. James and his team were thoughtful about updating us throughout the process and were very detail oriented. They were really respectful of our space and took great care to make sure our house wasn't impacted by mess/dust. Everyone we interacted with was very professional. Overall, we couldn't be happier with how our bathroom turned out and we will be hiring them for other projects in the future. Highly recommend!

James responded quickly to my inquiry. He spent time going over my projects and ideas and gave excellent feedback and advise. It is very important to James that his work is as clean and dust free as possible. He used specialized equipment designed to reduce dust... His crew were very good and detail oriented.
