Bostad was very professional and willing to incorporate my "likes" into his design and eventual completion. I would definitely hire Bostad again for future remodeling projects.

Great. Eric was punctual to the first visit and I showed him what I wanted done. He took notes, made suggestions and provided an estimate in about a week. The work progressed smoothly and the only hang-up was waiting for the siding and he kept me informed about that. The end product looks professional and well done. No complaints and I would definitely hire him again.

Eric quickly responded and scheduled a quote. An email calendar confirmation was received from Bostad. On the day of the quote, day of vacation was used from work with a no show from Bostad for the estimate. Called Eric 45 minutes after the scheduled time to check status and left voicemail. No response was ever received.

Very good communication to arrange the quote and actual work, and they showed up on time. The job started as basic wall and trim work, with no detail for closet and door work. The price for that work was very competitive. Upon seeing that work I added 3 additional walls and closet trim work (shelving, door jams, etc.) and the price escalated significantly, by more than double. The ending price was the same had I hired a professional painter, versus Bostad, which is more of a handyman service. While I like the work Bostad performed, for the final price, I would have preferred to go with a professional painter as they would have prepped the walls as necessary.

I am very impressed by Eric Nelson who is the owner of Bostad LLC. He showed up on time for his appointment and performed all items on my pick list in a very professional and timely manner. He is very competent in all types of repair and has the full complement of tools and supplies for every repair scenario. I have hired him for some additional projects that I need performed and also requested some business cards that I can give to my neighbors and friends. My score for this Provider is 10 out of 10!!

The provider arrived on time. Was respectful of my home. Completed the job on time. My home was built in 1923 and has odd sized windows. I indicated that I wanted nice windows but didn't want to spend the money to order custom made windows to fit into the existing frame. Bostad's representative measured the existing window and suggested smaller windows. The smaller windows were installed. Since the windows were smaller than the existing rough opening the trim around the each window, both inside and out, needed to be resized as well. Bostad did a wonderful job of centering the windows in the existing rough opening and reinstalling the trim around each window. I had old double hung windows with sash cords and weights inside the frame. Bostad removed the old mechanics of the window and insulated all around each window. I now have nicely fitting windows that are energy efficient and warmer. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would definitely hire them again and would recommend Bostad to anyone.
