We had new roof, roof vents, flashing installed around chimney and insulation blown into crawl space. New footings were installed under existing deck because the old ones rose up and complete bathroom remodel (very nice job). Finally, we had the over existing deck roof extended over deck to accommodate new foyer (we built) The pricing was good for the amount of work performed, but when asked to price foyer addition the price was extremely high (7500 - this was additional work after initial estimate) given they were there already doing the other work (thought was they were there shouldn?t be that much more for an 8X8 addition (three walls, two windows, one door - roof already installed). Responsiveness was good, but being on the job was not always good. Example some days the men would not show for work when then day before they said they would be back. We received no call telling us they would not be in (we had to initiate the call asking where they were and when they would be back). The young carpenter (Adam) was great. Very professional and skilled craftsmen?s. I would have him back to work on my house again.
