 + -1 moreVery well. Bill and Tony gave me a free estimate and stuck to that price even though they had to come back twice to meet the inspector and to install a new regulator. Bill also went to bat with the city to convince them that we needed an upgraded service so we will have enough gas when we install new gas appliances in the future. They also were fine letting me watch and ask questions so i could learn more about gas service plumbing.

 + 1 moreTony replied promptly to my call, set up a convenient and prompt time to come look at my situation and then set up a time two days later to make all the repairs. He even stopped at Home Depot on the way and picked up the water heater I ordered, thereby saving me the trip. He did all the necessary repairs very quickly, cleaned up after he was done, hauled away the old water heater and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before he left. Tony was friendly and professional. I have a few more projects that he said could wait a while but I know I'll be calling this business again when the time comes. I couldn't have been happier with the service.
Description of Work: Water heater replacement, water pressure was bad, kitchen sink needed reconfiguring in order to install a new faucet, bathroom shower diverter valve wasn't working.

 + 0 moreThey are absolutely excellent. I use them all the time. I can count on him for anything. He is absolutely top of the list. I have his number right on the door of my kitchen so whenever I need him, he is right there to fix it. I've used him so much in the last 10 years. He has done extensive work in my house. The heating and plumbing work was $2,000 and the toilet was $100. I depend on him for all my plumbing. Last summer he rerouted my water line outside because I had to put in a handicap ramp for my husband and I couldn't access my tap on the outside of the basement. He rerouted it so I could turn on my water hose. He replumbed my entire basement in 2004. His pricing is excellent and he is very competitive. His response is almost immediate. Whenever I call, he calls me right back. I will absolutely continue to use him. He is the only one that I will use.
Description of Work: I used Bill Rautio to put in a whole new bathroom toilet and he also did the upstairs toilet. Months before that I sprung a leak in my heating system in the basement so he had to reroute all the water from underground to above ground. It is a boiler system.
