It went well. The did exactly what was authorized at the agreed price. They made recommendations for a few adds where appropriate.

I was very impressed with the speed of which everything was done. It was pouring rain before they started so everything was muddy and there was very little mud tracked into the house. Then it was very hot and they still completed everything on time. There was an unexpected fracture in the corner of our house and they gave us several options and actually recommended the cheaper of the two options. They were very prompt in getting the bid and paperwork back to us. The only complaint I had was that the top soil was full of small rocks which made it hard to grow the grass in areas. Also, they said they would come back and fix a small patch of disturbed soil on our neighbors lawn and they did not come back. However, we never called back to remind them. Overall, I was VERY impressed by the amount of repair done for the price. We had bids from 2 other places and they were higher and for less work. I would definately recommend them or hire them again. If I could do it again I would have asked more about the quality of the top soil or the cost of a more quality top soil. Also, not a drop of water or condensation in our basement. Even with very hard rains where other peoples basements were flooded.
