We visited the Arrowhead showroom based on the recommendation of a family member who has done business with them. We worked with Eric, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We picked out the brand and style of quartz countertop that we wanted, with his help. We also selected a sink and faucet. Using my measurements, they provided us with a quote, which was very reasonable. Once we decided to proceed, the installer was sent out to do his own measurements. There were no changes to the price as a result of this (there were no major differences in measurements). The installer was very knowledgeable and personable. He was quite conscientious in his work and in making sure he kept things clean. Within a matter of days, we had removed the old countertops ourselves and Arrowhead came out and installed the new quartz. It turned out quite beautifully. Due to the length of our layout, a seam was required. It is nearly impossible to find without very close inspection. Both counter and backsplash look great. The sink was also installed and is great. I found the price for sink and faucet (which I installed) to be quite reasonable (comparable to that available online). The service, both in-store and for installation, was excellent. The finished product is gorgeous. We couldn't be happier.
