He provided us with three 3D drawings of the design ideas we came up with during our sit -down session. Gary was great to talk to and also a great listener and open to our ideas. He was also knowledgeable about building and city codes. We will definitely consult Architect Direct for our final garage build plan.

Gary met with the city officials to review the plans and help get their approval. We plan to use Gary for our next commercial build-out as well. We would highly recommend his services.
Description of Work: Gary provided architectural drawings for two of our small commercial buildings that were needed for tenant build-outs and city permits.

+ -1 moreWe were pleased with the work Gary did. We submitted the plan to the contractor and had to get a permit and we are now underway with the construction.
Description of Work: Gary came over to our house and spent a couple hours with us measuring and discussing what we could do with a space at our house that we now had to enclose. He then came over and drew up plans to give to our contractor and we are using them! He was pleasant and helpful and easy to work with.

Description of Work: They came to us to help us creatively arrange our loft. They used a great tool called Google Scatchup to give us a 3D model of what things would look like.

His price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work and the timely and professional response. He brought to the project his unique insight as an architect the important insight we needed to complete the project with amazing results... I am very satisfied with Gary’s work.
Description of Work: I was doing the planning for my office warehouse. I called Gary, he came over right away and looked at what I need and then produced a base plan to scale of the building. He proceeded to forewarn me of all the legal and creative options I could do, after deciding what I wanted to know he delivered a final plan in which we then had build in the interior of our office warehouse. Everyone was very excited to see the wonderful design and it worked tremendously. We are very satisfied.
