+ -1 moreMake sure you get a lean wavier from this contractor. Do not pay him for Concrete work. Make sure you pay the Concrete provider yourself. I had to write the department of Labor and Industry to put pressure on him to pay Concrete. I ended up taking American Garage to small claims court to get the bill paid finally...
