I have been a full time Realtor for 10 years. I have successfully helped over 280 clients buy or sell a home. My key to success is I understand buying a home is all about you, finding the right place to live your life, and having someone you trust help you. I will listen to your needs, show you only homes that meet your needs, and be your compass through the entire process. I also understand the stresses of selling your home. Clean the house, remove the pets, keep it 'show ready' at all times. It's stressful! Especially if you find out that the buyers were 'just curious' or 'just looking'. My marketing plan is designed to provide as much information as I can about your home, so that if you have a showing scheduled, it's because the buyer has seen as much of your home as they can, and still want to see more.
