Description of Work: I called needing an air conditioner and furnace hooked up, as well as a breaker checked. When I called Perry stated that he would be there the following week on possibly a wed, but more than likely thursday or friday. He ended up making it Wednesday, I talked to him thursday and he stated that the inspector needed to come look at it. He personally called the inspector himself and talked him into coming on his day off(Friday) to get it done. It was the quickest service I have received from any form of contractor. WIll definitely use him again.

 + -1 morePerry/Code Plus arrived with another electrician the next morning (both took their shoes off when entering!) with the lighting fixtures needed and all other supplies ready to get to work...they quickly covered the master bedroom work area carefully with tarps, and progressed very quickly to cut the ceiling holes, wire and install the lighting and fans in the bedroom and living areas. I was impressed with how he communicated progress, as well as options for light switches, dimmers, etc. to us. The living area was also completely covered with tarps to protect wall mounted TV, leather furniture, floor, etc....very carefully.He completed the project within 2 1/2 days....very efficient, professional, clean, and pleasant. He provided advice on ceiling fan selection, kitchen fixture lighting selection and offered to return to install the 1 fan that will arrive later.The hand trenching done in the yard was also done as cleanly as possible with little impact to the lawn, replacing the turf that was dug up, leaving little sign of what was done. The exterior electrical box was installed professionally, repairing the previous installation so it looks much better.Perry also provided us with referrals for some other roofing repair work and other small jobs we need done.Overall, very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and very fair pricing provided by Code Plus Electric.
Description of Work: We were looking for referrals for an electrician who would actually show up at our lake home and do a few smaller projects: 1) install new recessed lights in the living room, and a ceiling fan 2) install new recessed lights in the master bedroom, and ceiling fan 3) install recessed lighting and ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms 4) install new lighting/fixture in the kitchen 6) trench in electrical line/supply from house to steps near dock/boat lift 7) repair exterior electrical outlet 8) install new electrical outlet in garage. I called Code Plus after locating them via a web search, contacting then by accident (happily) thinking I was calling another electrician that had been referred to me. After learning about what I needed done, Perry committed to coming by in a couple days. (I finally heard from another electrician I called several days later). Perry/Code Plus arrived as promised to see what we wanted to have done, and committed to providing a written estimate later that day. (Many rainy days hampering some of his outside jobs had left his schedule open a bit). Perry called and then delivered the estimate as promised late that afternoon. We decided to do most of the projects, eliminating the lighting and fans in the 2 guest bedrooms. Perry said he could start the next day!
