It went great !!Jake and his crew did an excellent job..the quality of there work was outstanding and the amount of work they got done each day was incredible.. Jake saved us money by changing a few things we were planning and took the time to explain how and why..

The kitchen was completely gutted on the first day. Amazed at how fast everything went, and the clean up that he completed so that I wouldn't have to walk into a dusty home after plaster and lathe walls were torn down. He raised the doorway heights, and widened out the entries to allow the kitchen to flow better into the great room that is my dining and living room.
He stained my cabinets, installed vinyl tile with grout and leveled my 100+ year old floor before the installation which was very necessary. Jake took care of priming and painting walls and ceilings, did a final clean up of all three rooms (he textured the great room and hung sheetrock on the ceilings over tongue and groove). All in all, it took far less time than I imagined! Only 2 weeks for a brand new kitchen, and completely fresh and new white trim and crown molding in the great room. I couldn't be more pleased.
He had great idea, and made some awesome suggestions like widening the doorways and raising the heights of the doorways. He installed a smaller kitchen window above the sink and completely redid the siding on the outside of the house...we have cedar log siding so this was no quick feat!
We will for sure have him back when we are ready to do our patio...the Ottertail and Dead Lake homeowners say his landscaping skills are wonderful.

The man-cave is even better than we could have imagined, and the details to attention that Jake applied make it seem like a guest cottage. Jake and his crew were always on-time, and at the jobsite when promised. Jake knew our budget and helped us trim costs where we could but added in textured walls and finished floors to add warmth and make the place look way more polished than we thought you could get for the money. Jake was very professional, and always cleaned up the job-site which was really nice.
Jake really goes above and beyond. Couldn't be more pleased!
