Description of Work: We had a tree too close to existing chain link fence. It was starting to send up shoots through the fence. Top Line cut the portion of fence tangled up in tree roots, then moved the fence line about 2' away from the tree. Looks nice, and now we don't have to worry about the tree growing into the fence.
