I have had Kal's Plumbing out numerous times for different projects. Their work is always excellent. They are very friendly and punctual. They protect surrounding areas while doing the work, and priced right. They're the best in town.

Dale from Kal's came over today and was super helpful! We highly recommend Kal's and will use them anytime we need future plumbing. He was very informative, answering many questions and teaching me about the plumbing while he worked.

Fantastic. These were two different calls in the past six months. This is a family owned business and we had two brothers work on these items. Both young men were incredibly professional and personable. They did great work, efficient and provided some really good advise and guidance. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I only wish they would service Monticello as we will be moving to that area in the fall.

Kal’s Plumbing was great and I would definitely hire them again. First, after finding them here on a Angie’s List, they were the fastest plumber to respond to my request for quote. Unlike others, they were willing to quote online based on the description I provided and then used photos to confirm it. They were punctual and did a great job within the time they said they needed. The old water heater was a tight squeeze to remove but they handled it without an issue. The best part was the service after the installation. The first time the water softener regenerated, the floor drain backed up, likely because it had been dry for too long since I disconnected the old one a few months ago. They came out ON A HOLIDAY and took care of it for no charge, even refusing a tip! When the units were inspected by the city, the water softener didn’t have a bonding jumper. Kal’s once again came out and took care of it (literally a 5 minute job) for no charge. Excellent communication, excellent service, and a fair price will make Kal’s my go-to plumber for all my future needs. The fact they’re a local family run business is an added bonus.

Above and beyond expectations from beginning to end! Always punctual, courteous, and respectful. I was very impressed with how considerate and neat everyone on Rick's team was. The owner (Rick Kaliszewski) was always involved and readily accessible. He gave me a lot of leeway in the products used. He let me decide what I wanted and then his crew picked up the product and installed it - my idea of heaven! Rick has a very small crew composed of himself, his nephew, his flooring guy (a close friend since kindergarten) and Joseph, also a good friend. Every single person was professional, meticulous, and personable; I actually missed them when they were done. The whole remodel took only a couple of weeks - unbelievable! I felt and still feel very fortunate that I contacted them. Absolutely will hire them for any plumbing and when I do my second bathroom. Please see pictures below.

Dale has done work for us before and we have always been very satisfied. In fact, he did seem to fix the problem as the leaking did stop. However, about 3 months later my husband was concerned that it was again starting to leak. On the invoice it clearly states "1 year Warranty on Labor". We simply wanted Dale to come back out and take a look. The person my husband spoke to told him that if they came out they would have to do a considerable amount of additional work costing more than $500, with no mention of a discount of the $220 we had already spent on labor. Obviously their 1 year Warranty is simply not true. I would NEVER contact this plumber again!

They're fantastic, very professional. I like them a lot. On the price, I don't know. I would say very possibly on the higher side, but still very reasonable. Just very professional and thorough, they do a good job. The three best qualities are a personal relationship, professional manner, and quality of work. I think they're good.

Kal's Plumbing did a superb job installing a personal shower system for my elderly mother as well as a new lavatory faucet. Matt Kaliszewski's attention to detail was evident throughout the process and in the final result. When he noticed a small leak in the new shower head Rick (Matt's father) replaced it with one that I am sure was more expensive. He also replaced a tub gasket and over-flow faceplate. I wasn't charged more than the original quote for the better product or the additional labor. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

They were good. They arrived at the time they said they would. I don't recall having any problems. Very professional. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. They left the area very clean.

I have a home warranty and the plumber they sent out was horrible, unresponsive, dirty and couldn't have cared less about the fact that I had somewhat of a space issue for the replacement Kal's had done some tricky remodel work for my daughter and she was very satisfied so I called them. The next day Rick came out, assessed the situation, agreed it was a small space and he made a plan. His son came for the installation and he was friendly, efficient, professional and explained the workings so I'd know what to expect and how to properly operate the new softener. I also had a dripping outside faucet which he said was caused by the shut off in the basement being old and worn out so while he was here he replaced that valve too (I was charged for the work of course, but saved a trip charge for sure!) I don't want to have any more plumbing issues, but I will know who to call if I ever do! Kal's is a true professional company and I'd recommend highly

We have used him as our neighborhood plumber for 30 years. When we have needed plumbing updates or emergencies, we call them. We would use them again.

They no longer do the area Minnetonka where I live. They are excellent. They were really good. I hate not to be able to call on them. He was a young man, and he was impressive. It was the son. The stuff they took care of was obvious. They were wonderful. I had both father and son. They were very personable. The son, he's only in his 20's. He had everything under control, he obviously grew up in this business. He went to the same college that my daughter was in. I was kind of surprised he''s doing it, and he's still at it. I called him again, he said sorry if you don't move we can't come. He's good at what he does. They were reasonable. They did the work quickly, and pleasantly. It looks just wonderful. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I thought it was a few hundred dollars. I was surprised it wasn't a lot. I recommended to my daughter and she was happy with them.

They were very professional and prices were fair. We have recommended them to family and friends.

I got a rebate back for the water heater, so that was a good thing. They have quality products and a quality person who took the time to explain and make sure I understood what he had done and that I should follow through on something else that looked a little suspicious and that was a good thing, I need all the help I can get. I probably checked with NSP or whatever they call themselves at that point and they were less than that. The water heater I replaced was 25 years old. So I think they were competitive. So, I didn't feel like I needed to search for $50 less or something. I think they were fairly priced. Maple Grove votes them the most popular. They're well known and well liked.

These guys are great. I have not even thought about calling another plumber since finding them. They're one of the companies you find and freely recommend to anyone because they're that good. All of the work I mentioned has been done over the last several years, and they are the only ones I would call for future work.

Unfortunately, they don't service my area. But he still spent at least 10 minutes talking to me about my options and suggested something better (and cheaper) than I originally thought I would need. Great customer service!

It went very well. We were able to arrange an appointment in only days. The softener was installed and working when I arrived home. The old one was removed and doing so was included in the cost. There was no mess left behind.

Second time using Kal's and can honestly say I will not use any other plumber. they are punctual, quick to return an inquiry, reasonable on cost and best of all they do it right the first time and will have your back.The $200 is my guesstimate as it was in that ball park but dont recall.
