These guys worked on Saturday and Sunday during the holidays to get the job done before Christmas. They moved all the furniture for us. The final product was a tidy new baseboard hot water heat. Unfortunately, the strain of shutting down the old system and starting it up again revealed pinhole leaks in the old boiler and that had to be replaced. Tim raced out on Christmas Eve to check out the leak and then quickly got us a new boiler and installed it in time for New Years. They installed a new, much easier to read thermostat for my mom.

We needed to do this on a short time line because we are selling our home. We received several quotes and Tim and Wayne came in at the best price for the amount of work included. We did not need to hire an electrician separately. Because we needed to have the old boiler abated, this was, unfortunately a 3-day project, but not because of Tim and Wayne. They were prompt, exceedingly courteous, and very friendly. The weather took a turn for the worse (went down below zero) and they were very worried about how we were faring. They brought over extra electric heaters for us and came early in the morning to start work so that it would be warm for us when we got home the day the boiler actually went in. I was very pleased with how they handled everything. They are a two-man shop and do things "old school" which means they say what they mean and mean what they say. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise in our new house.

These guys are great. They have vast experience and knew just how and what needed to be done. They came within a few days of our first call to bid the job. They came at the time arranged. They answered all our questions about how to do this installation. Given the floor rip up floor back to concrete or not, where to run pex in old house, tubes and concrete or tubes run in a panel system. Gave us choices of ways to accomplish our goal. They got back to us with a proposal within a day or two. They were able to do the work within a week, came on time, did an excellent job of installation. All tubing properly stapled/no missed spots etc. Had the inspector there the same day and they cleaned up. They came back a few days after the concrete was poured to turn on the system. They were delightful as human beings to work with and were kind and attentive to the dog. What more could be asked for?
