Unfortunately, have paid for equipment upfront but seen no one to come install it. Have been waiting 3+ weeks but nothing. Might be a great company and this project might turn out just fine. But in regards to hitting commitment deadlines? Not so good. Sorry H&R Electric but...you need to manage your deadlines and customer expectations better.

Ryan contacted me very quickly. Appointment was made, no time was set for the appointed afternoon. He never called to inform me as to the time. I was in the backyard with phones on me. He did stop by went to the front of the house and I saw him drive away. I called his # and left a message. I called a few days after that, left another message. He called me back a week later, by then I made other arrangements to have it installed. I must say he seemed like a good electrician to hire, perhaps very busy at the time.

They know whole house generation very well. MN was having historical rain storms and I needed sump pump to run or flooding in the lower level of our house would occur. They responded and discussed what was needed and installed in less than a week. Two days after the install the power went out for 3 hours. the geni turned on and my lake home was fully operational from both AC units, wifi, garage door opener washer and dryer and of course the sump pump. Not cheep at 8,500 clams but I'm done having to think about it. This vendor was perfect in my book.
