Price was quoted and then changed considerably after beginning work. Could only speak to the painter, Nick who was great but the his boss mama, Christine who "sets the pricing" could never be reached. She would only text and argue...very unprofessional. Texting went on and on tediously before I had to say any more would be considered harassment. NEVER would she pick up when I dialed to have actual dialog with her. But then I would see/hear Nick outside on the phone with some foul mouthed person (adsuming her) discussing the job. Then she threatened to put a lien on our house after 45 minutes of work completed but got stopped because she couldn't work out the price we originally agreed upon. We fell for it the first time they painted our fence. Gave them a second chance and let them bid our deck only to find this is what they do. Quote low and then say it's going to take more time than we planned. Pretending to show up to property for measuring. Lying and saying they were here to measure not knowing I'm a stay at home mom, always here, and a dog who bark at anything that moves, with cameras on my property...never happened. We also have a neighbor that used them and they were supposed to come back and fix what they messed up on their job and never showed. This business is listed as a hair salon on some google hits. I'm not sure what kind of rinky **** set up they have going, but it's not the 5 star setup they portray.

Did not go. She refused to show up on the scheduled date and because we needed the house painted that week we fired her and hired another painter. She refuses to refund our $500 down payment. This is the right provider, same name, same address. For some reason she lists the years in business as 24 on the BBB website, different from angie's list. Another lie?
